They readjusted it to correct size, however management was slow to respond to our concerns about future integrity of the band and unwilling to do anything beyond the typical 1 year warranty to rectify their mistake. It felt arrogant, and we will definitely buy all our jewelry from more reputable companies in the future.

Christina was incredibly personable, kind, down to earth, and just overall had a great vibe & radiated joy which was contagious. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my family felt comfortable from trying on dresses to making the decision to say yes to the dress and then helping with flexibility in a payment schedule. The whole process can be overwhelming sometimes and these ladies were so patient while i made my decision. It felt like they truly cared that i chose a dress i loved rather than just making a sale.
