I injured my knee 6 weeks ago which was swollen, very weak, stiff, and painful to walk on or bend. I started physical therapy 3x a week, which very slowly started to help, but the weakness was still there and the swelling only reduced a little. I had an MRI which showed fluid buildup around the ACL. I went to Gary Sat afternoon, explained what happen, and after a quick examination of my knee, he went to work. And let me tell you, he REALLY went to work. The amount of energy he used to work on me is simply amazing. He has what seems like laser focus as he was able to pin point EXACTLY where the issue was with my knee. He treated me for about 1 hour, and worked on multiple areas that are all connected to the root cause of my knee pain. This is not a massage by any sense of the word. It does hurt when Gary works on you but you're in complete control. You tell him how much pressure you can tolerate while he works on you and he adjusts accordingly.
