I went in for my first 10 pass ozone therapy session two weeks ago. Halfway through the procedure, another doctor came in to take over from Doctor Williamson. It was clear that the new doctor was being trained. Doctor Williamson stayed in the room to supervise. Once the procedure was over, they left me unsupervised with the needle still in my arm. After a few minutes, my arm started to throb. A few minutes later, I started calling out for someone to get the needle out. It took another 10 minutes for the new doctor and Steven to come in and tend to me. The new doctor took the needle out and did a poor job of wrapping my arm. The compression bandage came off before she even left the room. When I got home, the gauze was bloody. Since the procedure two weeks ago, my arm has been in terrible condition and I am in severe pain. I am unable to use my arm at all - I can't even pick up a glass of water. I am going to my primary care physician today - she is concerned that I have nerve damage. I have messaged Dr. Williamson twice and Steven is the one who called me back. I want to talk to a doctor, not the office manager. I wish I would have checked the other Yelp reviews - if I had, I would not have gone to this doctor.
