I injured my knee 6 weeks ago which was swollen, very weak, stiff, and painful to walk on or bend. I started physical therapy 3x a week, which very slowly started to help, but the weakness was still there and the swelling only reduced a little. I had an MRI which showed fluid buildup around the ACL. I went to Gary Sat afternoon, explained what happen, and after a quick examination of my knee, he went to work. And let me tell you, he REALLY went to work. The amount of energy he used to work on me is simply amazing. He has what seems like laser focus as he was able to pin point EXACTLY where the issue was with my knee. He treated me for about 1 hour, and worked on multiple areas that are all connected to the root cause of my knee pain. This is not a massage by any sense of the word. It does hurt when Gary works on you but you're in complete control. You tell him how much pressure you can tolerate while he works on you and he adjusts accordingly. All I can say is his hands work MAGIC! When he was done, I could not believe it but my knee pain was GONE! I mean completely GONE! And so is the swelling! She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone.
