Clean set up, kind of self help. They are there if you need help.. I guess that's good, at least you don't have someone looking over your shoulder. The prices are about the same as any other surplus with new and used stuff. They do have good items in stock. Pretty well organized. I gave it a 4 star at first only because I wasn't super amazed . Haven't been here in like ten years. Was very excited to get back here and was disappointed. The have ammo cans, MRE'S, jackets, knives, and so much more. Their selection of military shirts was okay if your small, medium, or large. I'm 3XL, pretty much non existent. Lots of patches, and stickers, nothing for me though. I really like this Military Surplus store... A LOT, the staff here are pretty cool, the selection of goods they carry are extensive and if you're patient enough you can find some really good deals on garments and merchandise. Last winter, our small family of four found some really awesome winter gear here! Pea coats, army bomber jackets and a rain proof trench - which seriously when I saw the price made my jaw dropped as I just purchased a $600 trench coat a month before. The new items selections they have are of great quality, the slightly used garments are really cool and comes in many size. Our kids loves the wall of patches - they have an extensive selection, our boy absolutely loves everything military, so this place is basically like taking him to Candyland! One more thing, I just have to give props to their manager/owner maybe? I informed him of our huge winter gear purchase last year and he was kind enough to give us a loyalty card crediting some points towards our next purchase - I personally thought that was such GREAT service! I love it when local stores do the extra mile to make their customers really happy but needless to say whether he did that or not, we love this shop anyway and have made several visits already. This is one of the last tride and true Army Surplus stores with both old and new stock. Was happy to find Vietnam era fatigues. They have a plethora of pins and badges. Thanks to the owner who helped me place my brothers commendations in order for his military burial at Riverside Memorial Cemetery. I make at least 3-4 trips here a year. Friendly service. Lots of product to select from. The place is sort of hidden, so I doubt it's ever crowded, and the son served in the Army, so I was happy to throw the family some business. They have guns and knives, but I didn't look them over too much, as I didn't want the temptation. Plenty of clothing and military knick knacks, too. This is one of the last remaining legit military surplus stores in SoCal. Amazing place with amazing staff. Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. If you can't find anything, just ask them. Location is a easy to find thanks to the signs, big place with multiple rooms. Besides standard clothes and surplus items, they have the legit deal with medical equipment, tourniquets, and other items most stores these days don't have. If you want the real deal, come here. If you also need smaller things stores don't usually carry like zippo flints/wicks or benchmade knives/lube/accessories. Great place for those as well for a great price. Lots of ammo cans in the back, ranging all from .30 to mortar ones. read more

Very helpful group of sales representatives. They have a huge selection, very clean location and fair prices. I bought a pair of Mechanics gloves that match my uniform perfectly. The location is a little hidden, but they put up directional signs so that made it very easy to find. I drove all the way through 40 min of traffic to bring this place business which said they closed at 7:00 pm. I sat in the lot for 9 minutes talking to my wife with our newborn baby born 3 days ago, only to get out of the car at 5:46 pm as the owner was starting to bring cones in. When I asked if they were closing he said "had 9 minutes when you got here buddy but you sat in your car. We're closing up early." It is sad how people do customer service now. I am GLAD they didn't get my money... I will go to another shop to find something to protect my family. This locality is well fortified for most military items. Most patch designations, pins, fruit cocktail, are stocked. If you have a rare specific need, use their landline. Your greatest chances of finding something is this location. The staff is attentive and helpful. Don't expect them to know every patch depending on who is helping you. This is a surplus civilian based store of military items, and if you don't see it here, than request it here. It is my belief that if they are not able to get what you are looking for, than it may not be a surplus item. Great apparel selections. If your mother wears Army boots, this location is all you. All American Military Surplus - US Armed Forces - Military Surplus Near Me - Fullerton, California

I was a regular customer of this store for many years, and although I was not a frequent enough custmer to become someone they would recognized, I typically stopped by and purchased things from this place a dozen or so times per year on average. One day, I came in and purchased two woodland camouflage BDUs that were supposed to be new. They were ironed and folded as if they were new / never worn, and were in the middle of the section with new condition uniforms. But, when I arrived home, I realized they weren't, and actually had stains throughout the interior with buttons missing as well and a few tears on the lower backs. When I came back the next day, the owner (older guy in a baseball style cap with glasses) was there and told me they couldn't except returns on the used items they sell. I told him they were supposed to be new, and pointed to the sign on the counter by the register, which stated returns were accepted. The owner laughed a bit. The counter near the register where we were talking was filled with a lot of clutter. He moved some of it by the sign aside. With the clutter gone, the lower portion of the return sign was visible, which stated no returns on used items and no returns without receipt. I do not know if obscuring that part of the "returns accepted sign" was done intentionally, but as mentioned, I have been coming here for many years and that counter has always been cluttered with things and I never noticed there was more to the returns sign. On that note, this was the one and only instance in well over two hundred purchases I have made here that I ever had brought something back. The owner then hinted that I did not have a receipt, so there was nothing he could do anyway. I then quickly presented my receipt, which was in the bag with the BDUs I had purchashed, as the receipt never left the bag after the worker who had helped me who from coming here off and on over the years I believe is either the son or some other form of relative to the owner.) This person was also the one who had actually picked these out from the "new" section as when I came in he asked me what I was looking for, at which point after telling him, he had walked over to grab these to bring to me at the counter where I then made the purchase. I presented the receipt to the owner, which clearly showed I had paid for these at the "new" price as opposed to the one for "used." The owner then dismissed the receipt and just said, "No," and pointed to the entrance, implying that I should leave. For the record, I had been extremely polite and not demanding at all. I had started our interaction by apologizing for needing to ask for an exchange and stated how I was a longtime customer who has made many purchases there and have always been very happy with each transaction. And, what I did ask for was not even a refund, but just an exchange for new ones, which I was supposed to get. The encounter ended with me asking if there was really nothing that could be done to which he sat silently with his head turned away as if I was not even there, much less speaking to him. I told about my interaction with the person working their the day before and how he had been the one who picked these out when I had asked to purchase ones in new condition. I said he could check the surveillance camera to see I was not being dishonest. But, none of that mattered. He just kept looking away with his arms crossed in silence as if I was not there. I was deeply insulted and felt completely ripped off. I had seen the owner in the past many times when I was there, and although I never spok with him, he did give off a not-so-friendly vibe. But, still, I had been a longtime customer of many years from not very long after this place opened up at this location. I remember when the entrance and the entire street was different before the city renovated everything, which was a very long time ago. Over the years combined, at the very least, I had spent in total well over $5,000 here ( likely much more, if I really take the time to count), but this very small issue of needing to exchange a couple of things that were wrongly sold as new to me, for which the price not that much to begin with regardless, has now completely turned me away from this business due to this one very rude, unprofessional, and dishonest interaction with the owner. This place is a legit hole in a wall but worry not, there are signs to help you find it. They have a great selection of gear from WW2- Modern. I would definitely recommend this place for historical collectors. Staff there are relatively polite and chilled. Extremely organized and clean Prices are reasonable cheap for what's it is. Getting here is a bit of a trek around a few buildings but once you're there there's plenty of parking and a warehouse full of military supplies. I was impressed with the variety of sizes offered for bomber jackets. If you're looking for a 6X bomber jacket for a more than reasonable price, this is your place. We were surprised to find such a huge warehouse full of mostly new military paraphernalia. We found poplin uniforms great for cosplay or work with full range of sizes, from XS to XXL They also had vintage authentic uniforms from foreign countries and a few from the US. They had Many new airsoft hand guns and rifles, new knives, and scopes. Their prices were comparable to other online stores but the size of their inventory was most impressive. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They also had some fun Velcro patches, lots of pins and sew-on patches. We will definitely be coming back here!! Support local business! read more

Absolutely amazing customer service! My daughter who is into airsoft and cosplaying as military people absolutely LOVES this store. The owner of the store (I believe he is) is the sweetest man. We had gotten a pair of goggles and she didn't really like them so we went back to exchange for a new pair. The owner comes out with a new pair of goggles (we had bought used ones) and said we could have the new ones. He also let my daughter check out the airsoft guns and recommend we get the M4 but unfortunately they were out of stock because they're focusing on other parts of the store right now. 100/10, we definitely will be coming back in the future! read more

I haven't been to many Military Surplus stores but this one is pretty impressive. They've small things like pins or MREs and bigger stuff like gas masks, jackets, or bullet proof vests (and LOTS more!) The staff is nice enough and quite helpful. They have two locations, but call first to make sure they're open because I went to the first location but it was closed for the day and the sign on the door directed us to the second place -- but the hours were wrong on the sign, so I ended up making the 20-30 minute drive for nothing because they were closed too! Bottom line: good variety of stuff and decent prices. Check them out! read more

1/2/2018 We called ahead to see if they buy back old gear they said yes so we came in to find out only on Mondays from 10-2PM. Since we were already here we decided to browse around and saw that the location was tucked away behind a business center so follow the "Army Surplus Signs" .. from the entrance it seem like a small store with one visible entrance/exit but once we walked in we saw that they had 3-4 rooms. Each room had a variety of uniforms, clothes, hats, etc. We found hunting and camping gear as well as cods. The warehouse is definitely worth checking out and you'll find some cool things for those who are either in/out of the service as well as camping/hunting gear. I would return again and the service we received from the owner as well as i believe the son was helpful and friendly. read more

Finally came back to this place after a 5 years hiatus. While the location hasn't moved, the roads around have been changed and entry into the place is more difficult to find. Luckily, they post signs in various locations for patrons to find them. Many of the items are still in the same locations, it appeared to be more selection. Most new items are more expensive but GI issued gears seem reasonable priced. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and help looked for items. Definitely coming back for more. read more

Love this place!! It's our go-to store for cold weather and camping stuff! Staff member 'Big' Mike is the BEST! Bought one of those longish waterproof windproof jackets with the fur-lined hood. It is amazing with a TON of pockets and SO comfortable. NOTE-the jackets run BIG. My husband, who usually takes a medium in EVERYTHING, bought a small one of these jackets and it fit him perfectly, even with a l/s t-shirt and a sweatshirt on! (Plus now I can borrow it, too! heh-heh-heh) Their MREs are great for emergency food as well. This store is up there as one of my faves! read more

I actually only went in for a look around, and ended up buying a Condor camouflaged ball cap with subdued American flag. The two gentlemen working there were very professional and helpful.
