I will never trust this company as a professional moving option for me. I called on or before July 5th to schedule a move for August. I spoke with Robert I asked do you move Detroit residents they replied yes and scheduled me. I called to confirm with them 3 days prior to my move date. A man who sounds just like Robert said that he never scheduled me they do not service Detroit and Robert no longer work there then later Ashley confirmed that Robert does work there. These people are liars and they are not good at lying because they can't even stay consistent with their lies. No solution, no apology, no empathy just made my entire move stressful. I read the reviews prior and saw some poor reviews. I am a person who tries to form my own opinion. I want to inform you all don't make the same mistake that I did by ignoring the poor reviews. I will not be using this company and do not recommend anyone else to based on my experience. After posting this review on google they replied with this: I'm very sorry you feel this way but when you call in the manner you called in we have the right to refuse to provide service to you. We don't service Detroit this been in place since last year after 5 different situations on our website it says Macomb & Oakland County. I have to put my employees safety first as a owner this is the decision I've made. My recent experience moving with the folks at Juggernaut was pretty exceptional. I've moved cross country 4 times in the last 6 years, using several different companies. While not a cross country move, this was, by far, the best experience I've had with movers. Ray and Dee (hope I spelled your names right, guys. Apologies if I did not.) were exceptional. They were friendly and communicative. I received a call from Ray early in the day to get the address. From there he kept in contact via text, keeping us informed of when they'd arrive. They arrived exactly when he said they would. When they arrived, they immediately went to work. They started by surveying the location and our items to make a plan, then went to work. They were personable the entire time, while still working diligently to knock it out. Perhaps more importantly, I've never seen folks care so much about our belongings. I've watched movers toss boxes and furniture without a care. Ray and Dee showed sincere and genuine concern for our belongings the entire time. They worked hard and diligently, knocking the entire move out in only 4 hours (including an hour of travel time)! If I had a critique, I'd say I would have appreciated more communication from the office prior to the day of the move. I called several times to confirm and was told I was all set, but it seemed a bit like I was just a name on a list. I wasn't sure if they knew how big of a truck to bring, how much stuff we had, where we were moving from and to....it just seemed very quiet. However, the day of experience (which I suppose is the one that really matters) more than made up for it. If you choose to move with Juggernauts (and you should!), don't get nervous like I did. They'll show up and it'll be an excellent experience. I will definitely use Juggernauts for our next move. read more

I WISH YELP HAD -10 stars I just left a review and the owners keep trying to save face and not holding themselves accountable. I called a month ago to move this month asking if they serviced Detroit. Robert the owner who is dishonest said YESSSS we service Detroit. I yelled and used profanity because I am moving and I made an attempt to be proactive and prepared to move by getting a quote and scheduling a move with them a month in advance. I called to confirm today they said it was never scheduled and basically called me a liar. If you choose to do business on a discriminatory basis by not servicing Detroit. That is 100% A OK if you don't tell people on the phone that you do service Detroit and schedule the move and provide prices of 100/hr plus a fee. A simple phone call to inform me that you made a mistake and scheduled but no longer take Detroit residents and maybe provide a referral to a competitor who does would have been the appropriate measure to take to accommodate me. Stop trying to turn this around on me as if I am the person in the wrong. I was only wrong about trusting your company to make my move stressfree. PEOPLE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Ashley of Juggernauts Moving was the first response I received to my Saturday inquiry on Yelp--actually within minutes of my request! I was looking to move a piano and other large furniture items too large for my friends and me to handle...and I needed quick service. Having reviewed the responses I received, I called Ashley on Sunday morning. While her estimate was not the lowest, she had been most professional with prompt replies to my questions. I asked about same day availability. Happily she said Juggernaut could be there at the time I requested. Ray, Mike, and Justin arrived precisely on time. The truck was clean. They were well supplied with furniture pads and hand trucks. I was impressed that they wrapped all items with doors or drawers which could open with something like oversized 'Saran Wrap'. That worked great! They were careful of my items and the walls. No damage to either. Piano arrived just fine. They got my 7' glass door china/ curio cabinets through an entrance with an immediate right turn--challenging in my estimation--with ease!! Same thing fitting an oversized desk into a tight space. They placed my things precisely where I indicated. Nothing haphazard about their efforts! I give Juggernaut Moving 5 Stars because they earned them! read more

Let me start off by saying wow! I am absolutely amazed and impressed with Rob and his team.i needed help moving last minute and Rob was absolutely helpful and price friendly compared to the other moving companies I called! I was blessed with an amazing moving crew Chris,Ray and Jason. They were very friendly I received a phone call earlier that morning from Jason for the address and they showed up 10 minutes before scheduled show up time. They all met me at the door and introduced themselves individually. These three were very friendly and handle my belongings as if they were there own, handled very carefully. Everything was packed very nicely and I couldn't have been any happier. When getting to my new home they didn't just put my belongings in one area of the house. Chris,Ray and Jason were all three very polite and asked were I would like my things. I could go on and on about this moving company but there just isn't enough words to explain how happy I could've been with them! The things I didn't have room for,being I downsized, they were able to move to a storage unit for me. They were fast and professional wasted absolutely no time! Update on review.... After initially posting this review, there were some email exchanges trying to settle or file some type of claim. Four weeks later...nothing happened...just stalling tactics...no action taken....buyer beware!! ======================== Original review... These movers caused more than $1,000 of damage to my furniture, like granite table and treadmill. The owner only answers the phone/text BEFORE he schedules the move. After scheduling, he does NOT answer the phone or text, even after multiple attempts. They showed up about 3 hours late, after the scheduled start. In addition, they took so long in moving, about 11-12 hours, racking up a huge bill (they charge by the hour), even though my house was small, only about 1600 sq ft. After they took the furniture from old house, they got lost for about hour, even though the new house was less than half a mile from the old house. Again the owner would not answer his cell phone. The business owner does not take responsibility for the damage done to the furniture or inconvenience to the homeowner for taking so long. I sent pictures of the damaged furniture and am now waiting for action. read more

***** A FIVE STAR COMPANY ***** I purchased a few pieces of furniture from a seller who advertised on the Highland Matters Marketplace. I needed to find a mover as soon as possible since the seller was moving and needed the items picked up sooner rather than later. I simply googled movers and JUGGERNAUTS MOVING and STORAGE COMPANY popped up. I never heard of them before but thought I'd give them a call. I spoke to the owner Rob who was very professional and understanding. His pricing was more than fair!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Ray and Jason who serviced my request. Thank you for a great moving experience! I was very impressed with the level of service, and I will definitely use Juggernauts in the future. I went with Juggernauts because of their great reviews, quick response to my inquiry (within an hour), and very reasonable price (especially since I was moving locally). As I discussed with Rob, I lived in a loft, and I needed someone to move my bed set (large and heavy bed frame with two side tables) over a balcony to the first floor. Rob and I agreed to a price, and there were no hidden or unexpected fees when it came time to pay. The three movers were polite, friendly, and respectful. They covered the balcony with blankets and used straps to lower my bed set. During the entire moving process, they were organized, careful, and protected my furniture. They also went above and beyond, offering to move pictures and boxes that I had planned on moving myself for no additional cost. read more

I've moved a lot, and you don't ever really find the combination of 1.) professionalism 2.) reasonable price 3.) schedule flexibility from a company like I did with Juggernauts. I called them five days in advance and they happily scheduled our move. Then when our house became available early, they were able to arrange for a crew to instead come out the very next day (a Sunday!) My moving crew - Ray, Mike and Justin - did an amazing job with the move. Ray wrapped all our furniture and delicate belongings, and everyone moved everything efficiently and carefully. They took doors off of hinges and replaced everything just as it was found. Boxes and furniture were all moved into the house exactly where we wanted them. This company was by far the best company we use out of 7 companies over the years. First off I'll like to start by saying from the office to the crew that came out excellent job. Rob came out gave me an estimate also gave us free boxes to pack. I called 2 different companies before I called Juggernauts they had the cheapest rate. The day before Rob called to confirm ask if he could do anything to make us less stress. After that call I told my wife I feel confident we made the right choice. I was lucky enough to have Juggernaut come move my family into my home at the end of last year. After remodeling our house for 10 months We did not want to have the issue of having to make the move on our own in rain. Robert was about to squeeze me in last minute and also not break the bank (i know you get what you pay for) but that wasn't the case here. I was moved in in a couple hours and the guys moved items that my wife wanted in one room but then changed her mind and wanted in another room without rolling a eye or an hesitation. The move took longer than expected and I became nervous about any extra charges. When the move was complete, I was pleasantly surprised that they were going to stand by my original price. We moved from our current home into our in-laws while our home is being built. We also had to move some of our things into a storage unit. We were blown away by the efficiency and skill of our moving team. We had Ray, Mike, and Jammeel. They packed the entire truck skillfully, kept all of our breakables safe, and even exceeded our expectations by disassembling and then reassembling two large beds. Our 6 year old loved them interacting with him as well! It was a hot day, and we never once heard a complaint or issue. EXCELLENT moving service- would definitely recommend! I talked to Rob on the phone to schedule an appointment, and he was extremely welcoming and helpful to give me the best deal and service. On the day of the move, four men from Juggernauts came right on time and helped move my family and I into our new home. Called 7 companies to get an estimate to move my son's BigHorn large gun safe. I chose Juggernauts since the promptly returned my call, asked a lot of questions about the move, and gave me the best price for the move. The team of 4 guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job moving the 700lb unit down two flights of stairs. Juggernauts did a great job moving my house. I was moving from a 1 bedroom house with some stuff in the basement into a 2 bedroom house with no stairs.
