We order from Jugos Acapulco to be delivered to work all the time so this review is strictly on the food. I was craving enchiladas and never had them from Jugos before! I usually get the smoothies, tacos, Huaraches and agua Fresca. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas and they were amazing. They don't skimp on the shrimp and they were seasoned perfectly. Delicious rice and beans as well. I've never had anything from Jugos Acapulco that was bad and usually several employees order with us too. (1 Star) I've been a loyal customer at this restaurant, but what happened recently left me feeling deeply disrespected and unsafe. While paying for my meal, I was holding my debit card, preparing to insert it myself, when the staff member abruptly grabbed it from my hand and swiped it without my consent. When I told her she didn't have authorization to do that -- which is illegal -- she laughed at me. As someone who wears a mask and takes precautions for my health, I was the only one handling my card for safety reasons. Her response was not only dismissive but sarcastic. She said, "Nothing's going to happen," and then made a show of telling me to grab my own receipt so she "wouldn't touch it." This experience made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. I've supported this business many times, but what happened was wrong on multiple levels: violating consent, disregarding health boundaries, and treating a customer with sarcasm instead of professionalism. While the food is flavorful, not all good food needs to be extra spicy. Some people want delicious enchiladas but can't tolerate spicy food for medical reasons. Also their atole de elote was so tempting and promising. However, there were so many corn kernels which made it hard to enjoy. Omar H, First of all, this was not an issue of a driver taking food when I called your restaurant, your staff told me directly that the flautas order did not show up on your end. My Grubhub receipt, however, clearly listed and charged me for them, which is why I reached out for help resolving the discrepancy. The frustration I expressed in my review came from feeling dismissed when I tried to resolve the issue, not from any desire to disrespect your staff. As a customer, I shouldn't have to prove what I ordered when the receipt is clear. Pointing fingers at the delivery driver or calling me names doesn't change the fact that I paid for an item I didn't receive, and I expected better accountability. Additionally, saying that you called Grubhub to "flag my account" is an extremely unprofessional and retaliatory response to legitimate feedback. If Yelp had a contest for #1 rated restaurant. I'd nominate Jugos Acapulco. I'd rate them 5 stars in every category possible. The only disappointment is that there is only one Jugos Acapulco! The hospitality and accommodation makes you feel like you are at a resort being pampered. You will walk in feeling average and leave feeling important af! The food is really good. I didn't even get all the sauces because there was so many. Abundance. The sauce bar welcomes you. I can practically hear each sauce saying try me! they are all good but my fav so far is the dark green one. I think it's a creamy cilantro dressing. Dank af! My only regret is not grabbing a smoothie. They look amazing and would quench my thirst. If you haven't tried this restaurant, you should. It's a hidden gem. Prepare to be discriminated against and treated poorly. I've been to this location a few times because even though I wasn't treated the best the first two times I always give a few more chances to be fair (maybe people are having a bad day). EVERY time I have gone in I was made to feel like I wasn't really welcome or wanted there. I don't speak Spanish except for a few words but the ladies refuse to speak to me in English. Today a gentleman came in after me and was able to order in English and was replied to in English. When I asked how come they spoke English to him and wouldn't help me in English the lady acted like she didn't know what I was talk about. On top of that I had questioned the price I was charged and was talked down to and yelled at like I was a child. I was told there are no owners or managers to speak with to file a complaint to or even to let know how customers are being treated. The food is ok, not the best but not the worst and I started going because it was in a convenient location on my way home from work but I won't be stopping by anymore. There are plenty of spots around with same kind of food/drinks where you will be treated way better. Juices were fresh and delicious. The anti flu, was so tasty as well as the fresh orange and watermelon juice. The kids meals are great, came with fresh orange juice and fresh fruit. The meals kept us full while running around the park, saving us time and money because we didn't have to eat when we arrived to the park. I visited today and purchased the green pozole it had no flavor at all, except for an overwhelming amount of oregano. I also ordered the "Tostilocos," which were nothing like I expected and very disappointing. The food here is so good, you'll slap your sister. You can't go wrong with anything. Chuy and the rest of the staff have been patient with us placing our orders and check up on us often once we're situated. This location is actually independently owned (as opposed to the other Jugos out there), so there's some additional items on the menu here that you can't get at the other locations. You'll notice that the menu is extensive! It takes up three or four horizonal television monitors! Menu items are listed in both Spanish (geared towards Mexicans and Mexican-Americans) and English (for Mexicants and gringos like yours truly). The fresa crema (strawberry smoothie) was a standout, as well as the pineapple (pina) jugo, as well as the horchata. The portions are generous and you will leave stuffed. If you're looking for more substantial food, you also can't go wrong with flautas or tacos dorados. If you're here early in the day and want something more appropriate for breakfast, go for the chilaquiles with asada and guac. The salsa bar is always cleaned and fully-stocked. They also got several TVs inside the restaurant, which makes it a great place to watch a game or keep in tune with Latin American sports. Bathrooms are very well maintained, clean, and only stocked with the finest in Costco supplies. This Jugos just keeps ticking all the right boxes!
