Never thought I'd get into hot Pilates but here I am ! I've recently started taking classes and going twice a week. I've gone to various time slots and instructors . Each instructor is just as good and motivating as the next ! The app makes it super easy and convenient to book or cancel classes as needed . Facility is clean and staff is all friendly ! Went to the first yoga class I've been to in years and I'm so glad I did. They have an easy to use app where you can see all the classes and sign up. I took the Beginner Yin Yoga class and Brenda was the instructor/yogi not sure of title. Anyways, she was great and the classes are small enough that she can help you out but not so small that you feel like all eyes are on you. The space is clean and inviting and once you're in the studio with the door closed, you lose track of the outside world. The staff here is nice and not pushy at all. They have a great intro package, guest passes and for the non-committal types, you can pay as you go. I've heard great things about this place and they are accurate. I love supporting local and when I find somewhere that lights my soul; I can't wait to tell everyone I know! I think businesses like Juicebox Yoga are special! They offer a variety of classes and for all fitness levels and a nice way to switch up your workout routine from becoming monotonous . You always feel good after leaving and for whatever reason you decide to try a class, I'm sure you'll be like me and can't wait to come back for another! After trying Hot Pilates, I'm hooked! Plan on catching a yoga class with the hubby in the very near future. Juice box is offering a local intro special for all new members to drop into any class for just $20 for the the first 14 days. Very nice, clean studio. Wonderful instructors and such a great workout. I will be checking out their other locations in the next couple of weeks. They offer many different types of classes for all levels. The cold, lavender face cloth at the end of class is such a nice treat! Great prices and different packages. I came in on the recommendation of a friend and brought another friend! We did the Bikram Yoga, 60 minute option, on a Saturday morning. Our instructor was very welcoming and set us up in the perfect spot in the room to get that cool relief mid-way through. IYKYK!! Definitely read the studio expectations before you head in. Okay okay, I had to go to this place a few times to get a feel and leave an honest review bc the first time I was there, I left thinking "I definitely like the other 2 Juiceboxes more." I still think that BUT I still think this one is amazing. The classroom size is larger, there's the same great instructors, and there's still the amazing ice cold lavender infused towel they give at the end of every workout to cool down & relax. I have always had great experience with this yoga studio. The class quality has always been spot on; they serve you an ice cold lavender towel towards the end to help you center the focus and cool down. My friend Becky just got certified with them as a yoga instructor - she is AWWWEESOME! It's my first time taking class in this Sparks location. The store is a little confusing to find (or not really lol) - Google will want to take you "directly" here if you are driving, but the spot is located on the side strip mall going into the imax theater. Gorgeous, gorgeous girls please incorporate hot Pilate in your workout plan besides weight lifting!!! This is probably my fifth session with Maddie since I've been adding hot Pilate class to my workout plan once a week and her class never disappoints. She focuses on lower body workouts from glutes to core and adds a little hint of cardio workouts right after. I've taken different classes from juice box and I must say this one has got to be one of my favs. read more

Edited to add: seven workouts in and I am addicted! I am loving the progress I have made in such a short amount of time. SO glad I found this place. At first I thought the heat was going to kill me but now I can't imagine working out without it and my skin looks amazing. The Hot Box class is a blast and Carlos is a fantastic instructor. Every instructor so far has been awesome. The Warm and Yin class is also a must to relax and destress after a long day or week. Just finished my second workout here. My daughter and I took the Warm and Yin class back in 2019 and I bought the two weeks unlimited for $20. Here we are almost two years later and I have decided to finally use it. I am so glad I did. I felt like my body was "waking up" from a 2020 Covid coma. It felt so good to be somewhat normal again. The instructor was very friendly and warm. The place is very clean and the front desk reception was very kind as well. You do have to wear your mask but that is pretty much everywhere at this time. The class was great. I participated in the Power Vinyasa. There were people of all abilities and everyone was spaced enough apart for social distancing as the floor has been marked for your use. There were plenty of modifications for people like me coming out of the covid coma. The room was warm but definitely comfortable. I used to attend the hot yoga classes of the 2000's and those were next to unbearable. This was just the right amount of heat and humidity. I will be coming back for sure and am contemplating getting a monthly membership. There are three locations; two in Reno and one in Sparks at the Legends shopping area next to the theatre. read more

I have been going to classes here for quite a while now. I love the classes. I love the vibe. I love the instructors. And I love supporting a local business. What I don't love is how this small business has grown and they allow so many people into the room for hot Pilates. There have been times where there are over 50 people in the room. People literally are hitting each other and knock over each other's water bottles because we are crammed in so tightly. I've even been kicked a couple times, of course accidentally. But it's just too crowded. It really detracts from the workout. I wish the owners would set a limit for an appropriate amount of people to attend each class. Definitely would improve my overall opinion of this place. read more

I made it to hot Pilates with Tracey. It was a great class with clear instruction. Yes, it is very hot. I must confess I kind of hate it when I'm doing it. What a wonderful concept. One stop shop to all your yoga and Pilates needs. I have never done Hot Yoga before and decided to take advantage of the introductory promotion of unlimited sessions for two weeks in all locations. My first class was the 90 minutes Bikram Yoga. Do yourself a favor and ease into it. 90 minutes of sweats is not a walk in the park. The second class I took was a Hot 60 class. Same as the first but just 60 minutes (more than enough!). I also took a hot Pilates session that was my favorite since it worked my core. In less than a week I am addicted! The instructors are all very professional and friendly, the atmosphere in the class is supportive and the space is beautiful and motivating. I also like that it is in Sparks with easy access and parking. Highly recommended so try it out! read more

I started JBY almost two years now (I think) and took my first class with Dayna. I was nervous and worried that I wouldn't know what to do but she guided us with perfect volume and encouragement. While also doing all of the moves with us (I hate when a teacher says "do this" and you have to look around at everyone else). I've taken classes with Becky (awesome and great energy for early mornings+also really fantastic if you're new to yoga), TJ (fantastic if you want to laugh while sweating/crying while getting a great workout in), and plenty other teachers. HOWEVER It's been about 6 months since I last took a class and I took my first class back with Dayna again and I was quickly reminded why I fell in love with JBY. JBY has great instructors as well as an inclusive space for all shapes and sizes to get a good sweat on. I've tried other locations but Sparks always felt like home. JBY you've got great instructors on your hands! (But please add more power vinyasa back to the schedule) read more
