I took a Pilates class during the weekend. The instructor was very helpful and guided me through the whole process, as this was one of my first reformer classes. It was definitely a workout! I liked the service provided but the crowd seemed a little bit older and the location was small. read more

The best of the best. I've finally found something I can do for me! I was so nervous about trying out a class because there's this misleading perception that Pilates or other fitness places may be full of super-fit, judgy, not-my-people type of people. Not here! Sophia, the owner, is a very welcoming, warm lady who's built a wonderful studio. The instructors are all incredibly supportive, and not pushy...but rather make you want to do your best and push beyond what you thought you could do. I've got a long way to go, and I've come a long way. I dread going (it's hard!) but love being there. I look forward to leaving the classes energized and ready for anything. I know I've done something amazing for me, and can't wait to go back. It perfect that the instructors are all different and all amazing. Shout out to Dorit, April, Pam & Sophia who lead my normal class times. When they have a sub, it's another great adventure. I requested my one of five classes to be booked in the time frame allowed and I could not get anyone to respond so months later they finally get someone to respond and say that I am too late. Their response is rude and ridiculous. The only reason I went in the first place was because my friend wanted a reality check on a couple of instructors that were unkind to her. This Pilates studio is THE BEST! The owner Sophia offers all different kinds of packages on her own easy to use app, and classes are very reasonably priced. It is so easy just to go on the app to purchase classes and sign up on days you want to go....no required monthly fees or salespeople. The instructors are great too, they have a lot of experience and it shows. I like that they pay attention to prompting the class to do moves correctly and will help individually as needed. I've been going here for a couple years now and just love it! I highly recommend it!! read more

Looks like it's been some time since a yelp review, so here goes. First, I'm a beginner. A friend recommended the gentle Pilates class, which there are just two a week, (Tues./Thurs.). You can opt for private class, but I don't feel it's necessary if you get into a smaller class with an attentive instructor. They have a nice package for new students that you can purchase online, very reasonable. You can also sign up for classes online, though I couldn't figure out if the cancellation policy was within one hour or three hours before class time. You may also walk in. The good: studio is clean & bright, instructors on time, equipment in good working order. The not so good: not putting out the welcome mat for newcomers. Instructors are friendly and seem happy teaching the regulars, but not willing to give extra attention or time to a beginner, this is frustrating. Even in gentle Pilates class the pace was too fast for a beginner. When I tried to engage an instructor, I got the "maybe you should sign up for private class" and "everyone is different, listen to your body" response. Not particularly helpful. Also, each time class was over, the instructor was in such a rush to leave, there was no time for feedback or questions. The bottom line, enjoyed the Pilates, but I will try other studios. read more

I love this studio! The instructors are so experienced and knowledgeable. The studio is very clean and easy to find in the shopping center. Sophia, the owner, is also very friendly and caring, but she makes you work too! She classes are scheduled at various different times throughout the day and week, making them very accessible and convenient and they each last one hour but the results yield what I would spend 3 hours at they gym for. This is a beautiful studio in a great location. The instructors are pretty good. I've been to 4 different studios in town. This studio has a lot of reformers which makes it easy to get into a class but also difficult for the instructors to provide personal attention (adjustments) to clients. The workouts were a medium challenge but tended to be the same every time I went. I prefer for things to be mixed up a bit more. read more

I went with a friend as a drop in to one class & the instructor was great! It was a great experience to try out a pilates class with the machines. Loved it! I only wish there was one in the Northwest part of town. The drop in fee was $15 for one class. read more

I've been a client ever since the studio opened 5 years ago, and can't imagine ever going anywhere else for Pilates. Sophia is warm and caring, and works hard to customize each person's workout according to their specific needs; for example, I have hip issues and she makes sure that my form is correct and that I'm maintaining the proper range of motion.
