I later returned to the store in person and showed him the piece of plastic directly, yet his attitude remained condescending and dismissive throughout the interaction. As customers, we expect both quality products and respectful customer service, especially considering the premium prices being charged. I truly hope this experience does not reflect the standards and values associated with Erewhon.
