If you didn't notice from my select terminology, Juice It is a music themed smoothie/ health store! They have delicious smoothies and that's primarily what I get-- I personally love the acoustic which is a coffee flavored drink. I only take off a star because unfortunately, the workers are more often than not in tune, meaning they aren't real friendly and I always feel like I'm burdening them by giving them my business. The customer service is bad. No greeting, the words 'thank you' are foreign to most of the workers (went 20+ times because... smoothie), and the menu is very average. The young man who served me several times, believes the drink he was making for himself and his headphones were more important than basic common decency for a business. I just left yoga feeling amazing and decided to stop in and get a juice. The lady working (who I assume had to be part owner) was so unfriendly and honestly just unpleasant to be around. I love the smoothies and açaí bowls, but the customer service is so hit or miss that it makes me not even want to go here. Sometimes they're perfectly nice, and sometimes they act like I'm ruining their entire day just by coming in and ordering a smoothie. From my experience, the staff is nicer at the downtown location but it's not worth it for me to drive all the way there just for a smoothie and slightly above average customer service, so I guess I'll just have to go this location and risk getting the death glare from some teenage girl. read more

Place is clean, staff friendly, and my order was pretty. That being said I got the free style açaí bowl, and holy heck it is so fake sweet. The fruit on top was nice and fresh but all I could eat was the fruit on top and a few bites of the granola, the blended portion of the bowl was so sweet it made me nauseous and had to throw it away. read more

So far the best juice I've drank with a perfect balance between sweetness and texture. And it not so cold neither unlike some other juice I've had in Jomba like they are about to froze your teeth off. I usually have smoothie with protein as a meal substitute. So the large size they serve is perfect for me to sip all day long. The girl who worked at the counter were really helpful that day. She took all my requests and made me the best drink ever! Tastes like dirt and the fruits and vegetables are not that clean, as well as they are not the freshest. Very overpriced for what you get. I always feel sick after going there. The only pro is that it is supposedly healthy for you, and the people who work there aren't rude. I also currently have been finding hard plastic as I sip on the smoothie through the straw. (It is not part of the straw, since it is hard and clear, as opposed to the straw being green and not "rough". Wth?! Good thing I haven't swallowed any of the pieces yet.) If I could give ZERO stars I would. Customer service is total $hit!! I stopped into the 13th ave location to pick up a shake for my boss. Was told I needed a mask to be in the store (NO current mandate in effect) & I politely informed the associate that I have a medical condition & can't wear a mask. The guy working then YELLED at me & demanded proof of my medical condition. I informed him he was in violation of my HIPPA rights & that I wasn't going to share my medical history with him. He yelled at me again and said that I would have to call & place my order from my vehicle & wait outside until it was ready. I agreed & went outside to call in my order only to have my call ignored 7 times. Discrimination for a medical condition is absolutely appalling. I went to this great Juice Bar today. They followed me on #tiwiter which is great. I have never been into the store before so I thought I'd give it a try. They have a wide selection to chose from. My first time here I chose the Grunge which contained strawberry juice, mango juice, yogurt, kale, peaches, &mangos. The texture was smooth and the flavoring was exquisite. I will be recomending Juice it to my friends & family. A must try can't wait to her what my friends chose and have to say about this place. read more

I've gone to Juice It for many years, but today I came in and there were two workers and I was the only one. They were incredibly rude and kept bringing up the fact that they were almost closing in like 20 minutes. I paid $10.00 for an açaí bowl and got half of the bowl, when it is usually filled up all to the top. I've been getting the same açaí bowl for years and this one tasted different, worse, and it was a different color. I've never experienced this bad of service anywhere else and I wish there was a no star option. She was so incredibly rude it made me want to walk out and I'm not sure I will ever be coming back. I wish I could get a refund because there was almost no fruit or smoothie base it was all just granola. I would never recommend it to anyone read more

Smoothie- ok. Customer service- AWFUL! Our interaction consisted of "what do you want" and at the end "here"... why? Because the woman I interacted with was on a phone call using her head set the entire time. Customer service here has been TERRIBLE. Every time I've called to place an order over the phone the person working makes me feel as though I am inconveniencing them. My boyfriend called to place an order and didn't have his card so the lady over the phone copped an attitude and told him " it literally only takes three minutes to make" well....the next time we came we too this advice and my boyfriend had me call in in order The lady wait until my card is fully process to tell me it's going to be a 30 minute wait. When my boyfriend who is only the "three minutes" she recommended away he goes into the location to find the lady you taking in store orders first. So you're telling me my order took 30 minutes when I called ahead of time because you couldn't start working on my "three minute" order before taking orders in the store. I let them keep my 30$ for the final smoothies that I DIDN'T GET because I'm so sick of supporting such a place that can't keep staff that know how to act like they love their job. . I love this place. It's much better than Main Squeeze in every way. A way bigger menu, more add-ins, and faster service. I've tried about 5 juices and 2 smoothies and they have all been great. I love how fresh it is. They also have soy protein, which is a plus. Their menu makes it easy. You can pick a pre-made recipe, or make your own with a carrot and/or apple base. read more
