This location is really nice and clean however the worker who worked the morning shift today on 3/28 was so cold and rude when taking our order. she has brown hair and fair skin and she's literally so rude and she doesn't even try to fake it lmao Not a friendly environment... i hear them talking trash on the customers when they leave and they're drinking smoothies behind the counter right after they help people... is that even sanitary lol. I used to be a Jamba juice guy cuz you could order online easy and just pick up quick but I moved closer to a juice it up and with my wife's food aversions I've been coming here almost everyday and I love it. I only put 3 stars cuz the hours are horrible. They close at 6. So if it's 7 and you want something to eat but watching your weight and just want a smoothie your SOL. I've Seen and been the person that shows up at 630 and can't get my smoothie. It's the most annoying feeling Especially on the weekend when you look at your watch and think to yourself. I came in on a Friday afternoon in NEED of an X-treme raspberry energy boost. Cazzie promptly took my order with a smile and quickly began making my smoothie. This is a one of the best juice it up stores I've been to. The workers are great. The two that I find that gives the best service is Cassie and Esmeralda. The store is clean and the drinks are great. Went again today to try the customer service was friendly. I ordered the Super Fusion Bowl. As soon as I left it was watery I think they added to much juice. It was liquefying before I could even reach my car. I had soup instead of a solid bowl of delicious yummy.It was drinking an undesirable and unsatisfying soup with barely and fruit swimming inside of it. There was no flavor to this watery mess. It was the worse thing ever. Organic Junkie on Main is way better than this place. Well worth the money. I had to hurry on my way since it was my lunch break. There was no one I. The store I ordered first. Another customer came in and ordered after me. They ordered two drinks. They served them their order before mine. I had to wait 15 minutes for my bowl. I was on my 45 mi Ute lunch break. I had 5 minutes to rush back. What a waste of time and money. The owner I assuming (man) with a Juice it Up shirt on was discussing with another woman with the same shirt on if should get stand up tables, a mixture, or more sit down down. They were discussing the arrangements. The woman was txting away on her phone. They saw I was waiting and didn't give a hoot how long I had to wait for my order when I was the only sole customer in there after the couple left getting their drink before me and I ordered and paid first. read more

Smoothies tasted great! 5/5 on that. But several health issues here. I watched an employee blow into gloves before putting them on. Major no no with food handling. Also another employee was eating the leftovers from the smoothies right behind the counter. I think the employees may need an update on their food handlers cards. read more

My family and I love the variety of juices here at Juice It Up. But there was a total of 6 customers and one employee. For quicker customer service there should be at least 2 employees here around 11:00am-1:00pm. We've been waiting patiently for our drinks, but have seen customers walk out due to slow service. read more

The customer service here is horrible! I understand this is a new franchise but the young male employee with black framed glasses who works there is totally incompetent. When I arrived there was no customers in the store. I ordered my drink as 3 other customers arrived after me to order there drinks. All 3 customers who ordered after me received there drinks in a significant amount of time before me. I don't know if he didn't know the recipe but he continually added more and more juice to what he had in the blender. I overheard another employee tell him he had to measure the juice first and provide further instruction. When he finally completed my drink he gave it to the wrong customer. It was surreal. I retrieved the drink before the other customer could drink it. The first sips tasted ok but as I drove away it began to taste very sweet indicating the juice had not been blended. I will stick to the ontario location, I advise others in the area to do the same. Staff need better training. read more
