New to Southridge this was my first and last visit to this juice it up. When I walked in there were 3 customers inside, I completely understand the whole COVID issue, I was greeted with "Wait outside!" I waited 35 minutes just to order, 3 waiting customers walked away during this time. All the while these 2 girls moved so slow they almost went backwards. One changed her gloves 4 times to clean out the juicers but continued to grab her hair and put it in a loose band, no gloves at all then scooped ingredients in to drinks. They would take an order make the drink hand it out then take the next order. Finally I placed my order along with another customer that had just walked in and believe it or not his drinks came out first! I ordered 3 completely different smoothies and all 3 tasted like nothing but bananas. No personality at all from these girls, no apologies for the wait it was unreal. read more

My drinks are horrible and watery everytime a new person make them. I got an açaí bowl here and it was completely liquid, and in the less than 5 minutes it took me to get home in a heavily air conditioned car. They added way too much juice, and I have never had one so soupy. There was literally no thickness to it whatsoever. Awesome place and service is usually good! But need more employees during rush hours. One complaint I do have is that the Ultimate Açai smoothie isn't always made correctly. Last time I ordered one it was really sour like it had orange juice in it which that smoothie is only supposed to have apple and strawberry juice, acai, and banana. They need to make sure everyone is following the same recipe its really annoying to get something different every time. Next time I will make sure to ask them to use the correct recipe that is stated on the menu. read more

I haven't had Juice It Up in forever so when I got in early for my doctors appointments in Fontana we had some time to kill so we made sure Alexis was fed so she didn't turn into a raging beast, I had a watermelon smoothie minus the banana and it was so good! The manager/assistant came out and asked me if I needed something, I explained that I was there to pick up my order. I had no clue they close at 8 pm today *Wednesday, . I ordered a protein acai bowl and I basically got a peanut butter smoothie with peanuts and banana and granola...I just thought something over powered the acai color, but after tasting it there was no acai in it whatsoever... I'm very upset with my visit today. I went in to request a Kobe drink from the secret menu. The girl that helped me, I did not get her name but she had curly ginger hair was rude and said she does not support the drink and refused to make it. I had to tell her to ask the other young lady to make it. I don't understand how you could refuse to make a drink because you did not support it. This was very unprofessional and I feel you guys need to train your employees better. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what. I have been coming to this location for years and have never experienced anything like this. I gave you two stars mainly for the other young lady who had no problem making the drink. read more

I've never written a negative review, me and my girlfriend come here all the time and have never had issues the smoothies are fantastic and we get great service. Now today I witnessed Denise who was making other smoothies drop a cup on the ground then immediately pick it up and place in on the counter away from her reach. Proceeded to continue making her 3 other smoothies grabbed a fresh cup and handed them to the customers. As she walked to the back to what looked like dishwashing to me she grabbed the cup that had fallen and placed it back in the cup holster to be next in line. I asked for a large so I thought to myself. I'm about to get the dirty cup. I waited for the other employee to finish making my smoothie and eagerly waited to see if she'd grab the dirty cup..... She did, no fault to her it was placed back in line when she wasn't looking. I made sure they weren't both in on it. She poured the smoothie in the cup and handed it to me. I was for a loss of words but I kindly explained to her what I just witnessed. She of course looked embarrassed and remade it without hesitation. My only issue is why didn't you throw away the cup Denise. It makes me wonder how careless and unsanitary you're running things back there. Our Next closest option is Jamba Juice which I won't mind driving the extra mile. The smoothies are great at juice it up but the cleanliness and lack of sanitation discipline is unsatisfactory for me. read more
