I was having a jolly time helping my self to the sample cups and trying every flavor that was out. Their yogurt has a thick creamy consistency, which I prefer, because it doesn't melt as fast. The sorbet texture isn't as thick or creamy, but it's just right for being sorbet. I topped it with junk, looked like a child's cup...lol. Dessert after lunch ? This place was my granddaughter's choice! So many flavors to choose from and she chose swirl combo of the Original Tart and Very Vanilla !! She topped her frozen yogurt with slices of strawberry , blue shark gummies,and sprinkles. The nice cashier rang me up and handed my granddaughter balloons and stickers. My husband and I visited this location and all I can say is WOW on all counts. I shouldn't have gone through with our purchase after several of the machines were out of yogurt. I asked the girl working why they weren't working and she said "they're working" I said no nothing is coming out she didn't respond back. Didn't walk over to check or to offer help. My husband got cheesecake that was translucent with liquid in it, I got chocolate and it was the same. The machines are dirty and the fixings bar was depleted of toppings not to mention the quality of freshness. The employee had no ambition to clean or for that matter even move. me and my grandchildren recently visited Menchie's and had a dreadful experience. It seemed like they were running on a skeleton crew, with only one employee trying to manage the entire store. The lines were long, and it took forever to get stale runny liquidy yogurt. Also adding that the prices are ridiculous!!! Even WORSE than Yogurtland. To make matters worse, the employee was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed by every customer interaction. I came here the other day with my little girl around noon and the poor girl looked so overworked. I was contemplating on writing a review but it kept nagging at me. There were around 5 separate families and the single girl running around trying to please everyone. The yogurt was very melty and there were not so many topping options seemingly due to the fact she was most likely alone and couldn't make them properly. Very irritating that this place has the closing time on the door for 9 pm. I go at 8:30 and the doors are locked and the lady is in there and just signs that they're closed. Why tf is there a sign that says 9pm if you're going to close half an hour early!? It's very upsetting because that's just false advertising. If you're gonna close half an hour early then make that the time on the damn sign. Also this young lady needs to not work with people since she lacks the skill of communication. You can't come out and explain you had to close half an hour early for whatever reason? Instead I just get a half ass hand signal? My daughter is in love with this place... We go weekly. I ordered her birthday cake from them and unfortunately it wasn't made in time and began to melt when they fixed an error on it. Luckily they had extra cakes but not what i ordered. The manager on duty refunded my money and still gave me a free cake. After talking with the owner about my experience they we arranged a special day for my daughter to meet Menchie and they let her make a free ice cream any way she wanted. Was trying to pass time since my friend tends to take forever getting off work in the area. The location is in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. There are also plenty of food spots in the are so this can make for a nice follow up dessert. The concept is similar to yogurt land in that you get a cup and fill it with frozen yogurt then you can add a wide range of topping from cereal bits, to fruit, or syrups. My first time at this business and first time at this location. I spent about $6 on a large size cup with like 4 flavors and cheesecake bites and even signed up for the member reward program which was free. The employee working seemed to be in a good mood too and not that "fake" good mood for work but a general she enjoyed her job mood. Great place and many awesome flavors of yogurt to choose from. So upsetting to make the drive and have it be close at 9:15 when the sign clearly says 10. I love coming here with my kids at least 4 times a week. I'm really understanding and customer service is a must in my line of work. The young man was just there looking at us when we tried opening the door. Last week, I can't recall the young girls name, I told the girl I had point before I paid, she disregarded my comment and swiped my card. My purchase was somewhere around 26 bucks. All she said was "I swiped it already" ok? Well I oversaw that too. The newer girls are very bland, no greeting, somewhat rude. This is unfortunate because we used to be in here a lot. Always love coming to this place because they are constantly changing the flavors. If you come on Thursday they fill up your yogurt cup for $5.99. I like their yogurt selection better than Yogurtland. And I like that you get sample cups to taste the different flavors before you decide on what you're going to get. Today was opening day and decided to give it a try since I've been waiting for a while now. I walked in, grabbed a sample cup and dug in. My favorite flavor was the mudslide. I decided to get this flavor with a mixture of birthday cake batter. It's pretty cool that you can mix two flavors at one time. The yogurt was very runny when I was sampling it. By the time I paid and walked out my yogurt was melted and looked more like a shake with toppings. They have a variety of toppings to chose from including waffle cones and chocolate dipped strawberries. Water is also sold. It would be nice if they also served regular hot fudge sauce instead of only the hard shell type. Snickers topping would be a great addition. "Hint, Hint". It's cool to have a yogurt place close by. I no longer have to drive to the surrounding areas to get my fix. I will most likely return, and hopefully the yogurt is not as runny as today. I couldn't even take pics cause I had to hurry up and drink my shake. I mean yogurt. Some of the other flaves weren't the greatest, but as long as I like at least one, I'm good. Love this place! I've tried different frozen yogurt places and their flavors are the best. The toppings are also more fresh tasting too. The staff is always nice and they keep the place clean. I subtracted 1 star because it does melt super quick. It seems like we have to enjoy it fast before it becomes a drink. But that's the only negative. Love this place and if you join their rewards program you can get free ice cream on your birthday and points every time you purchase for more free ice cream or merchandise.
