Came during a rush on a Saturday all though it was super busy the two young lady's kept up with the mess people were making.

This place never disappoints. They've always got 8-10 flavors and you can get them mixed too. The topping area was a mess so I opted out on the toppings. I like the fact that it's self serve on everything. Plenty of places to sit and they even offer outdoor seating. I used the restroom while I was there and was surprised it was very clean. All ice cream and toppings are on a pay-by-weight schedule. On Wednesdays they have what they call "no weigh Wednesdays" from 3 pm to 11 pm. All the ice cream and toppings you can fit in a bowl for 9.00. Wow did that price go up. It used to be 5.00 in 2020. read more

Every time I have been to this location the staff have been friendly, service in the most part has been okay. I just don't like how the hours online say it closes at 12am even posted in the door but I have gone at 11:15 and the staff say it's close. If it closes at 11 I think the hours should be updated online and in the store. read more

WOW! CLEAN AND FRIENDLY! This has to be the best yogurtland I have ever been to! The workers were so friendly, and happy! It's so rare to see workers like that now days, and I truly appreciate it! They offer so many different toppings, I was so shocked to see how different their selection was. Whole Pop tarts, mini cinnamon buns, and even peaches!! I can appreciate the many yummy options! We were in Fontana for the first time in a very long time, and before we hit the 10 freeway we saw this cute little hidden yogurtland with decorative lights and had to stop by, and I'm SO glad we did, and anytime we are in the area I'll be glad to stop by! Yogurt is delicious here and it's most of the time clean. BUT the customer service and the people working there are horrible. I have gone twice, both times during the night, and one hour before they close they already have all their chairs put away and everything cleaned almost as if they don't want people to come in. I get that they want to go home but they signed up for this. I think management has to let them know that it's not ok to do this. I would understand if they start cleaning 30 mins before but an hour before they were already cleaned ready to go home. I almost felt that they were closed. read more

When the whole froyo trend was here, Yogurtland has always been one of the top leaders if not the best for this frozen yogurt dessert. This location is the closest to my house & for the high traffic of customers it has the staff always manages to keep a clean environment. They greet you when you walk in have conveniently place sample cups at your disposal. Hats off to the employees! 100% they have great tasting flavors and get the taste right of whatever flavor they're going for! My only complain is they downsized the cheesecake bits. I'd give 0 stars if I had the choice.Awful customer service. Went in 45 in's before their closing time and they had put everything away. I thought they were closed already so I double checked if they were still open the last cleaning the machine says yes. I grab myself a cup and she wouldn't move so I can grab the only flavor I like. I waited 10 mins before she moved then I proceed to the toppings and I asked if they have peanut butter, replied yes but we have put it away in the back. I figured it's fine and went to get the hot fudge and it was empty. I asked you must be out of this too and the reply was yes. Close your damn store early if you can't keep it open till your advertised time! Save Your time and money and AVOID THIS STORE unless you want ridiculous customer service and crappy melt down yogurt! Worst experience ever. Came in with my 7yld daughter and no one was in the front, which is fair because it was empty. Started getting our flavors and the tart flavor was not coming out although the light indicated it was ready. Anyhow, decided to call out " hello, excuse me" waited 3-4 mins before anyone came out. The young lady was so rude and ill mannered she told me "what?" That completely caught me off guard, I proceeded to tell her if the tart flavor was working and and told me "it should" so I told her, it's not coming out and pulled the lever, she told me "let go stop pulling it if it doesn't work" she then went to the back and yelled something out and walked up and said " you need to wait, choose another flavor" and walked to the back. My daughter looked at me and even asked me "why is she being so rude mom" my 7 yld was able to distinguish the no manners she had. I then went to the registered and waited 5 mins until she decided to come out. She asked me if I had rewards, I said no and she just handed the spoon to my daughter, I was about to grab my keys and she then told me " no no no, don't leave your trash, the trash is over there take it" mind you I didn't get anything since they didn't have the flavor I wanted and I was going to throw it away but I literally was getting my keys to go take it to the trash that was by the door. I have never experienced such behavior at a place that welcomes and attracts families. We ALL have bad days and I understand as I've been in customer service for many years but there is no reason for this person to be so shitty and make my daughter feel uncomfortable. My daughter and I were going to sit and eat in there but my daughter begged me to leave because she felt so uncomfortable. There needs to be etiquette training, if you don't like your job, find a new one and do not make someone's enjoyable experience shitty because you hate it. I'm still in shock, there is no reason someone should act like that and I've never experienced this even at different low level servicing locations. I went in today, Monday around 1 pm. The fun and exciting news of a new Yogurtland in Fontana brought over the whole community for a block party. The service here is amazing, very attentive and accommodating. I was impressed by their choices in flavors, their clean, well stocked toppings, and their ability to manage having the crowds of people lined up outside their doors. The complex is busy with restaurants and shops and its the perfect location to stop by for dessert after your meal. I absolutely love Yogurtland! However, recently at this location they only have one employee which makes the service slow, unfriendly, and uncomfortable. I understand covid times, and like how they provide gloves and limit how many people are in the store, but again service is quite slow which is very inconvenient when it's yogurt that melts quickly! Stopped in tonight around 645 and was extremely disappointed. There was no employee in sight. The family in front of poured their yogurt and then stood at the register and there was no employee in sight.... Several minutes go by and the family yells towards the back. A female employee comes out, rings the family up and immediately returns to the back. Meanwhile, we are standing waiting to pay. Several more minutes go by and then a different female employee emerges and doesn't say a word. We put our yogurts on the scale, she gives us the total them immediately returns to the back of the store. The employe was not professional at all. Two of the yogurt dispensers, dispensed liquid and not yogurt. All of the napkin dispensers were empty, and the topping bar was a mess. We will never return. read more

Long time customer of a yogurtland. Great food and service usually great. 1st time at this location. Visited around 8:45 PM on a Saturday. Yogurt tasted good at this location. No complaints in that department. We (my 3 year old and myself) got our yogurt, paid, and went outside to eat. The music was playing over the speaker and I didn't think much of it other than it was a bit loud and was rap music. The next song plays and I quickly realize this is not appropriate whatsoever. The song was Humble by Kendrick Lamar (after googling it) and it includes words like b*tch, n*gga, d*ck, and f*ck. It was definitely not the clean version. There were multiple families outside with small children. I am trying to talk extra loud to my 3 year old so she doesn't listen to the music at this point. Another man even commented about the inappropriate music. After eating our yogurt I went inside to talk to the employee (Brian I believe was his name) about the music. I asked him if they control the music playing and he responded yes. I then said you need to play more appropriate music with all the families and small kids outside. The employee then says "well we play a lot of different music. Like right now it's Beyoncé so it's okay." To that I said "dude it's now a club, play appropriate music." The guy rolls his eyes at me, walks away, and says "have a good night sir." I was a bit shocked and mostly disappointed at this entire interaction. I walked out and said "I'll be talking with your manager Brian." With all that said I am sharing this story in hopes that the manager at this location is made aware of this disrespectful attitude and behavior. Also hope family friendly music is playing at this location in the future. It's not cool to have my 3 year old listening to profanity and vulgar language. Let me open by saying that I have never been to Yogurtland before, so this is my first experience and I have always seen that it is very packed with people outside. I downloaded the app for a free birthday 3 oz earlier this week and decided to go by and try it. I didn't even get to the door before I saw a trash can overflowing with Yogurtland cups and all of the tables covered in melted frozen yogurt. It not only was on the tables but the floor and covered the bottom of our shoes. The stickiness is something that I don't like in my shoes and should be hosed down by an employee occasionally. When I went inside the cashier was really nice offering samples and helped explain the process of getting yogurt/ the birthday deal. He did not say happy birthday but I was not too upset about that. The birthday deal is only 1.50 off your order and there is no way to know how much 3 oz is unless you continuously weigh it, going back and forth to the scale. The flavors were a little weird, but I tried the coconut cheesecake and the cookies & cream, which were pretty good especially mixed together. The yogurt, in my opinion, was okay but its what you put on it that adds the flavor. I added some chocolate and almonds, which was good. I say always get whipped cream because what does it weight right? Overall, the downloading of the app/ birthday deal was not bad. It got me in the establishment and I tried it. Froyo may not be my thing, but it was good that I can say I have been there to try it once and for all. The customer service was great from the cashier, but they for sure need someone to step up to clean outside because I saw another employee who should have been doing that instead of socializing. #Socialize at home #Clean my sticky shoes For those who want to know, 3 oz is around 1/4 of the cup, maybe less. This is the nearest Yogurtland to my house, and I enjoy going here. The employees are ALWAYS beyond friendly, it's rare to see that in customer service now. It is always maintained very clean and I never see a bad crowd. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because a few of the times I have been here, there has been only one person on register with the line back to the door, mind you there are at least 2 employees in the back. read more
