Let's start with positivity. This location has an amazing selection for cakes in small to large sizes. The staff is not very kind and attentive to the customer. Right when we walked in the girl awkwardly looked at me and didn't say a word to us as we were browsing the cakes. All 3 women proceeded to stand around and not even ask for help ... But we approached them letting them know we needed a Happy Birthday drawn-out on our cake, which I do feel was rushed as the the top writing interfered with the bottom writing but its still pretty eligible. read more

I order a cake for my daughter's birthday party for April 15, 2023. Upon picking the cake up we received what looked like the clone of Coraline!!!!! It seemed that there was no time invested in putting our cake together, this after explaining to the girl in the store/manager over text a week prior our idea she assured us it would at least look decent. Upon picking the cake up the cake was melting. It appeared it was not refrigerated. I tried contacting the manager via message through instagram and she did not even take the time to respond. My daughter was crying on her special day looking at this cake. I was so embarrassed to my guest. Luckily I had some left over decorations and instantly tried to patch what was left of the cake. The girls are snotty in here. I came in for hand packed pints and because they didn't have them pre packed I had to have them pack them for me. The girl acted like I asked her to do the most awful thing in the world. She was very snotty about it. This isn't the only time these employees have been rude, it happens frequently. I received role model customer service today service at the Baskin Robbins in Fontana on Sierra Avenue. The line was to the door when we arrived. The two young ladies working expeditiously and courteously served a long line of customers in record time. Additionally the store was clean and the refrigerated displays were neat and appealing. My boyfriend's mom was having the cravings, so we ended up coming here after a grocery store trip. We picked up one of the ice cream cakes they had in the display case. It was vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. The frosting was delicious. I honestly loved everything about this cake. It looked beautiful as well! I don't usually enjoy ice cream cakes too often, but when I do, I usually enjoy the ones from Baskin Robbins. The woman who helped us here was very nice as well. She was super patient and friendly. I asked the employee if I could frost write happy birthday and he kindly gave me two colors. That was cool. Decided to stop by Monday it was crazy hot. Store was completely empty around 12:30ish. The girl Ashley seemed bothered that she had to do her job. I got banana royals no topping just bananas. She was ready to charge me. I said doesn't it come with them (picture shows it like a sundae) she did offer the sweet toppings even thou I asked for the picture. Then after the nuts I had to ask for fudge. I asked where is the whip cream again I have to ask for it WTF... worst ice cream sundae and experience I have ever received. Such a dry personality. I asked for a receipt or do I have to ask for it. She says "oh did you want it?" SMH Do better Baskin Robbins. Times are hard and people chose to spend our hard earned money at your store. It's hard to be critical of an ice cream place. What more can you ask for? 31 heart stopping flavors and an expanded menu including cookies, brownies, and flavors cones. The only reason for a 4 vs. 5 star is that the pricing is a bit high for a scoop. We still come here every once in a while for a sweet treat. read more

Went in around 8:30 with my young brother and boyfriend to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. There was one other person in front of us and it did take a while, but no worries on that we understand sometimes it take a little longer. When we were approached to order it felt so wrong from the start. A girl (not sure of her name) behind the counter just stared at me without any type of greeting. Then I took the initiative to say hello and begin ordering. When I mentioned a dipped cone for my younger brother she continued to just stare at me. It was so awkward so I repeated myself thinking maybe she couldn't hear me. As I repeated myself she looked at me and shrugged as if I knew what that would mean. She said "okay so what does he want" you can tell these girls did not want to be there and did not want to serve. I was patient and repeated myself again and before I could finish the sentence I was interrupted by an eye roll, an obnoxious sigh, and this crew member saying "so how many cones am I going to have to get. I was so disappointed in their lack of care for their guest. (Mind you we were the only ones in line) I'm not sure if these girls need a break from working or need new training. If you are looking to be talked to as if you are stupid and treated like you don't matter come to this baskin Robbins. I work in customer service and food and what I know to be true is this is not how you treat ANYONE who comes in. This place needs some help. read more

Only reason I added 5 stars is so it can be seen, first of all, I make a request for thick milk shake and she gives me a water down smoothie, I then proceeded to ask if she could add Oreo sprinkles on top and she looked me up and down and said "sure" and then proceeds to charge me 1.50 each for 3 crumbs of Oreo on each cup and proceeded to slide my cup at me and have it tilt and spill the 2 Oreo crumbs she poorly threw in. So this time I went to pick one up from here since it just opened by my house. Sadly the variety was slim to none.
