Then my bowl came w hardly any granola, it also was not filled as I expected it to be as I've only had once in C. M. , service was great. Also, I must add I asked the girls what time they opened as I tried repeatedly to call seeing if they were open she told me if I looked them up on Google the number doesn't work and the manager/ owner doesn't do anything to correct it. First time at any Juice it Up, I prefer Jamba Juice. But there was no Jamba close by and my husband wanted a smoothie. So we stopped in here. The employee had just mopped the floor so the strong aroma of bleach hit you when you walked in and stood in the waiting area. The was us and one other person who had ordered. The other person had to ask the employee to wash his hands before starting our orders because she walked in on him mopping the floor. He wouldn't have washed his hands had she not asked. As I see others have mentioned, this review is based on the service. The food and smoothies are the same Juice It Up quality you'd come to expect-great.... I'm just not sure what it is about this Juice It Up. Maybe the location. Maybe the pandemic and shortage of workers. If you walk-in, expect to wait 15-20 mins for your drink. Knowing that, I said 'fine, I'll just order ahead of time.' Downloaded the app and started placing my orders through there. The great thing about the app, it tells you it'll be ready in about 30-45 mins. Cool. Give them all the time they need so they can have it ready and I can avoid the lines. This works maybe 80% of the time at this location. But somehow, you can still put in an order 30-45 mins ahead of time. Get there late, walk-in, not be acknowledged at all...only to find that your order hasn't even been started. I attempted to have some understanding. Maybe they're short-staffed? I saw 3 people in there. Two out front, one in the back. I saw no 'we're hiring,' sign, so what's up? I will still enjoy smoothies and Juice It Up, just not from this location. read more

Not sure what has changed in the last year, but we have a different and inconsistent encounter these days. We frequent in the evenings still, and depending on who works there- we've been told they won't cook a pretzel 15-30 minutes before closing. Frustrating, but it is what it is. Then, we get home after tonight's quick visit a half hr ago- and open the bag to find a pretzel with only a few granules of salt when we requested a butter and salt pretzel. I'm going to write it as if you've never had Juice It Up! before. They are losing one and a half stars just on service. I come here a lot due to it being in walking distance from work. Unfortunately on multiple occasions I've had terrible service. On one occasion, I walked in, wasn't greeted by the 3 staff behind the counter. Only one other customer besides me in there and they had already been serviced. Cool, no worries. I walk up to the phone order area to receive my drink and they were just standing around. I waited 5-6 minutes before I finally asked for my order which had been sitting there the whole time. Had I not spoken up who knows how long I would've had to continue to wait. On another occasion, similar situation except my drink hadn't been started yet. Both times there were either one or no customers ahead of me but 3 workers. Both times wasn't greeted or anything. If you're busy taking orders and are packed I can excuse the bad service but when I'm your only customer I should have decent service. Food: I've only had a bad experience drink-wise once. It was grainy and wasn't blended correctly but for the most part they are usually on point. I recommend the Strawberry Wave. That's my go to for sure. Overall: if you look passed the service, stop in and get a smoothie for sure. read more

Went in to pick up my açaí bowl and a smoothie. The place felt like a sauna and it was hotter inside the building than it was outside, to have employees working in those conditions is unacceptable. My açaí bowl was completely melted and looked like syrup. I was not going to as anyone to remake it as there were numbers people in line waiting. The drinks and bowls they serve here are amazing!! By far my favorite smoothie place around here. I have come in twice now, my first time I ordered a Pina coolada and it was out of this world amazing. The second time I ordered a normal acai bowl and it was also shoutout to the service. It was the same 2 boys both times. The guy with glasses and was dressed nicely was really cool! He walked me through different options I could get on the menu and personally made both the drink and the bowl for me. He also walked me through the different health benefits of each of the boosts and was, overall, just a really nice guy to both me and the other customers! Went to Juice It Up off of Central in Lake Elsinore this afternoon. I counted five employees behind the counter, and it took forever to get our order. I went inside to ask if our order was ready and was told two more minutes. We sat outside right in front of the store. The tables were filthy so I asked if they could wipe down the tables. I was told that the tables were owned by the property managers and have nothing to do with Juice It Up. Wrong answer! My mom used to say a dirty kitchen (table included) means dirty food.
