After this was bought by the new owners the quality crashed. They charge you for ingredients that come in the acai bowl for example. I have bought multiple over weeks to make sure it wasn't a fluke. On their sign it shows it comes with Bananas, Strawberries and Granola. However they skimp on all the ingredients. I didn't even get a scoop of granola in a large bowl. I got 1 strawberry diced up and a 1/4th of a banana. They then add to much liquid to it and its more of a watery smoothy that can be drank through a straw rather than eaten by a spoon. Highly recommend going to Robeks or another company to get a bowl. read more

This store is a total rip off and they are making their own rules. I signed up for their rewards program and told they lady I had a QR code for her to scan to get a free medium drink with a purchase of $5 of more and she said they can't honor it because their system won't let them, yet proceeds to scan my code. I was so upset and confused why the app says I get a free smoothie with a $5 purchase and she says they can't honor the code on the app. I contacted juice it up and told them about this. Worst Juice it Up I have ever been to! I ordered two Protein Açaí bowls, and when he said they were ready, the bowls were melted with all my toppings fully submerged! The picture is EXACTLY how I received it from him. I told him that's not how it's suppose to be. He said, "yeah, that's how." He was some Indian guy with who appeared to be his daughter. They are never open "during business hours" as stated on their door! I got to the store today at 8:05 (business hours are 8am-8pm) the guy didn't open the store until 8:25... I also had a situation with this same store, I walked in at about 10:30 or so... the doors were unlocked but not a soul in sight. I went to juice it up on Friday. They need to hire people with problem solving skills. I ordered two drinks totaling 12 dollars I said I have a coupon.. i scanned the coupon and she said " okay it's 12 dollars" I mentioned, I just gave you my coupon it should be less. She said yea it didn't go through. I said okay can you find out why? She checked for less than 5 seconds and said oh it expired. Went in to get two drinks. Not one word was said our entire interaction. I thought maybe they didn't speak English or it was a culture thing but then as soon as we paid the woman who took our order went over to what I assume is her husband (the only other worker) and started giggling and talking in English. I'm not going to leave a bad review because my husband and I really like the juices here. But, I ordered a 2 oz Wheatgrass shot just now because my husband is sick. They opted to give me a gingershot instead due to they were out of wheatgrass. I would have preferred they just refunded the Wheatgrass shot cuz my husband said he wouldn't drink the ginger shot. The drinks are watered down and when I ordered my açaí bowls the girl making them had her hair down past her shoulders and it kept being pushed to the back to prevent from touching our bowls, since her hair was super long, you would think she would put it up or wear a braid. It has been about a year since I have been to this location and I will never go back. My smoothie was more like a juice than a smoothie. It tastes like water and the lady told me it's because of the pineapple (what?!?) . I told her I always order the same smoothie and it never looks or tastes this way. She tried to fix it by adding 5 cubes of ice and 2 strawberries. FAIL!!! After asking for my money back she offered another drink. I am very upset that this location has gone downhill the place has all new staff all the time use to go last year when the same staff was there now every single time I go to this place has someone new and they don't know how to make the juice they either put to much syrup and the fruit is not it it they constantly forget about the boost they don't engage with the customers and the ice is to much it watered down and they leave large pieces of ice in there juice. Before I came, I read the reviews for this place to see if it would be good. There were some mixed reviews but I still decided to go. Kalina saw me walking up to the door and was already at her POS/register and greeted me as I walked in. Was very friendly and right on it. Haley as well greeted me as I walked in. My order was taken, I waited no longer than about 5 minutes. The whole time they were both working hard and busting out orders. My family and I recently moved to this community and this is my first time at this location. Not a very delightful first experience. As I was ordering, I wasn't truly sure what I wanted so I asked the CSR for suggestions based on some of the more popular drinks. I can tell the service rep was a little frustrated because I was asking questions so I proceeded to take a stab at it and place an order based on the menu. I ordered a large green drink, an açaí bowl and a mango Mania The açaí bowl and mango mania were pretty good based on my kids feedback. However the green drink was awful and not enjoyable.I had to toss it. First off, I'm pretty sure all of the fruit/ingredients were tossed into the blender with seeds and stems and they continued to clog my straw. In addition, I continued to swallow pieces of apple seeds and peelings and it got to the point where it was overwhelming. read more
