It's perfect for someone that's allergic to dairy or gluten (myself and my family) as many of the items are gluten free and vegan! I was looking for a healthy option in between meals while in the area and I stumbled upon Blossoms Sweet Kitchen in the Bouquet Junction of Valencia north of Santa Clarita. This "restaurant" is located inside the SCV Hub Virtual Food Hall, which is a very modern, unique concept of housing more than a dozen restaurants all under one roof. Upon arrival, you will find a very simple storefront, with a few kiosks for ordering, QR codes for menus, and a few staff members to help assist and direct you with the help of a few prompts. After look by over the menu, I decided to go with the Strawberry Cream Bowl. Focused on being "Heart Healthy," this bowl utilizes simple, plant-based, organic ingredients all with compost-friendly containers. The Strawberry Cream Bowl has: Strawberries, beetroot, banana, house-made coconut cream, lemon juice, gluten-free house-made granola, house-ground peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut, cinnamon, agave nectar, pink salt, and other seasonal fruits. About 5 minutes later, a gentlemen appeared out of the back kitchen and called my name, which from the packaging was "Strawberry Cream Randy." The packaging was presented well, complete with all the sustainable container solutions that I appreciate. The bowl itself was outstanding. Colorful, packed with ingredients and a ton of flavor. The consistency is blended so smooth, into an almost-yogurt like texture, allowing all of the flavors to mesh well on the palette. I was very impressed with the quality as well as the presentation. The pricing was probably $1-2 higher than an average bowl of this size, however, I thought this tasted much more natural and had more ingredients. I recommend Blossoms for a quick and healthy start to the morning, in between workouts or for a tasty treat on the go. They also have smoothies, toasts, brownies, teas and superfood lattes, which look like they're a packed full of healthy ingredients. Everything is homemade, vegan, organic and delicious. My husband and I were so excited to try this place based on the menu and reviews. I am so sad to leave a one star review, but we had such an unfortunate experience. This café is within a kitchen hub. We went to order on the digital screen and we're unable to. Come to find out, they had closed due to having so many orders but their hours listed online so they were open until 4 PM and it was only 1230. The manager of the kitchen was so kind and managed to get them to open up so we could place our order. We then waited 25 minutes. We were told it would be out in just a minute and then a couple minutes later, the manager had to come out and let us know it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, we had to leave as we had someplace to be and we're already running late. 50 minutes for two açai bowls does not make any sense. The manager of the kitchen was incredible, though she has nothing to do with blossom. We are so bummed about our experience. read more

I dont know what happened but my husband ordered three fudge brownies and what he got were three brown butter brownies. He LOVES sweets so when he made the stank face while eating these I knew they must not be good. Not even the kids would eat these so it was a real waste. I fell in love with all the colorful pictures of the items listed on the menu that I had to check this place out! I especially love how everything is either organic/vegan/gluten free. Matcha: I am a matcha lover and I of course had to try their matcha latte with their matcha brownie! One of the best matcha lattes I have ever had! It was so refreshing with the coconut water that they use. They even used coconut milk to cover the top layer with foam! Yum! The matcha brownie was so good, it was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Bowl: The smoothie bowl had such a creamy consistency and all the flavors wrapped nicely. This place is inside the SCV Hub, so don't look for a usual storefront! We stopped by on a road trip so didn't realize this going in. We didn't order ahead of time so had to wait a full 25 mins for one smoothie, one smoothie bowl, and one avocado toast. The staff inside the lobby was very sweet and attentive as we waited. Despite the wait, the food was delicious. So glad they have organic goodies for people looking for organic options! (Oh but boo no changing table in either bathroom. I purchased the Chocolate Date smoothie bowl. Wow. This exceeded anything I was expecting. The flavors and quality of the handmade ingredients shine through. It was a beautifully creamy consistency. The variety of ingredients was wonderful and very cohesive. Nothing tried to outshine anything else. The serving size was ample and equivalent to a large at other subpar establishment's. I sit here satiated and content at the perfect serving size given my high level of hunger. The menu is complete and covers all ingredients minus the seasonal fruit list. The owner will happily tailor the seasonal fruit however, mangoes are pictured as the default summer fruit offering. Based on this experience I feel 100% confident the vast options in the menu would be excellent choices based on your preference. No pics, I ate it instead. The menu photos are true to form. The bread is fantastic, and the fresh avocado with a variety of tasty toppings and seasonings makes this the best avocado toast I have ever had. If I don't have the toast, I will go with their Warm Granola Oatmeal bowl. It is loaded with a variety of ingredients mixed together for incredible flavors. It is filing, but not heavy.
