I called the next two days when they were opened, constantly got hung up on. I finally went in, two days later, a girl had headphones on. She was nice & I explained to her the situation, she said she could make it for me now. I told her I was ordering for a family member & then she input the refund & said it'd take time. She was the only one there & I doubt that ServSafe manager certificate (it might have been expired too) wasn't hers. My problem is not with the employee, she did what she could. My issue is the whole ordeal & them not once reaching out after I tried different avenues. If I hadn't gone in, I doubt I would've gotten a refund.
