I spoke to management today 4/18 & the situation has been rectified. I appreciate the contact & update provided. I place an order for a one day juice cleanse with overnight shipping. I'm in North Dallas. I still have not received my order. Morgan, who answered the phone at Manna doesn't seem to know much and customer service is extremely lacking. When I called April 15 she reached out to the manager and left a voicemail the manager said they would be shipping it that day. I still have not received my order. I called this morning and asked who I presumed to be Morgan when the manager would be in and said she didn't know, maybe this afternoon. I noticed another review that mentioned they also had been supporting Manna since day one but it appears that their service is tremendously lacking. read more

First time at Manna juice bar. Stopped by to see what they had to offer. I ordered the Ross' pressed juice. The employee proceeded to walk around the counter to the refrigerator to see if there was any of the pressed juice left. She said there was one left and proceeded to go back to the counter, mind you she left the juice that I wanted in the refrigerator. I was so confused, I asked her if she wanted me to get it out of the refrigerator for her. Also on the way back to the counter I noticed she was scratching her butt. Visited Manna Juice Bar as part of a Yelp Elite event last month - we were given a free juice flight. We live in the Roanoke area and this is in Mansfield, but I was really interested so we took the drive and it really wasn't too bad (the traffic, not the juice!). The juice bar is in a decent sized space but has very little seating so I guess they expect people to take their juices, smoothies and smoothie bowls to go. There was nobody at the counter when we entered but a young woman came out from the back after a minute or two. In that time, we observed a great Instagram wall, which has been mentioned in many other reviews. There was a bar along the front window with bar stools as seating. To the left of the counter was a cooler where you could 'grab & go'. That was nice because when you are in a rush things need to happen fast! When we told her we were there for a juice flight she went in the back and came back with the cutest little board with places for the 6 tiny mason jars. It really was cute! We were able to select any of the juices from their menu. I honestly can't remember which was which so the photos won't be labeled, unfortunately. Their menu describes what each juice is good for, such as immunity, inflammation, digestion, etc.) Check out their website - everything listed there and is really helpful! We selected: 1. Morning Glory (orange + pineapple + ginger + lemon) 2. Rose' Day (strawberry + cucumber + pineapple + watermelon) 3. Peach Be Still (peach + strawberry + black tea + lemon + mint + agave) 4. Stopped in for the flight and the long shot. Flight included the mylkshake (the best one in my opinion) Rose day - w20 - beets mode - good morning tex. They all had very unique flavors and our juice expert was helpful in answering our questions. Inside is cute w a small sitting area and photo op spot. They had inside bathrooms and they were clean. Convenient location, friendly staff, fresh juice. All of these things were great and as expected. I checked in when I arrived and attempted to get the new years detox which is still listed on the app but was advised it wasn't available anymore. I also attempted to use the 15% off coupon for the first visit but additional restrictions were explained that are not listed so I was unable to use those. While that is disappointing, I am always happy to support a BOB and I'm hoping they can tighten these things up. I do recommend the juice and supporting this busy overall. read more

I have visited a few times. Like the fact that it's black owned and one of the few located in this area. Maybe the only one. I usually get smoothies but my wife had tried the juice which are made fresh. I was told that they have their own recipes. I see they are up on social media a lot and they run different specials weekly. Also I heard they are opening another location in Arlington. The 24 karat was the only one that got me a bit a first but that's not unexpected with carrot juice and ginger- I had no problem finishing it. I am willing to update this review in the future and give 5 stars because truly this is what they deserve. But it's just the inconsistency that really got me struggling to leave a perfect score. The bowls are amazing. But I have to call at least 30 mins before my scheduled pickup time to ensure my order is ready by my scheduled pickup time. I've ordered 2 hours in advance before and have popped up and it still wouldn't be ready. And it takes quite awhile to prepare the bowls since they are made from scratch. I've also come in and my order was never received on their end although I have a confirmation email on my end. This has happened at least twice. The thing that did it for me was my most recent order of the avocado toast. I ordered two, received one. And comparing it from the first time I've had their avocado toast it was downright bland and flavorless. I wish I took a photo. The avocado was a thin layer and always looked like it was turning brown. Absolutely nothing like the first time I placed this same order. Inconsistent. What a let down - stopped in last week to get smoothies post a kickboxing class, all to received two cups of crushed ice. No flavor what so ever. Tasted horrible. We ordered two Willy Wonka's with protein shots. Did not taste any peanut butter, banana or chocolate. We ended up walking back in to let the staff know it was not good, and wanted to know if they could redo them. They then proceeded to tell us they don't like that flavor. Which really wasn't necessary. They kindly remade them. They placed the ones we already drank into the blender and added more products. Placed the remade drinks in front of us, not knowing which was who's. We took them and drank them anyways as they repacked them into new cups. Sadly, smoothies were not good. So thrilled to have discovered this black-owned business so close to me! I will preface by saying I cannot wait to come back and I wish I knew about Manna much sooner. Thanks to Yelp, we got the juice flight which allowed us to try six of eight juices on the menu. They were phenomenal. Everything tasted super fresh and straight forward. You could taste every single ingredient in the juices. Some of the ones with ginger were a bit strong for me personally and my favorite ended up being the Rose Day because it was perfectly sweet and tasted like a watermelon berry dream. Another honorable mention is the mylkshake - super delicious and creamy. It reminded me of horchata. You can also get it with cold brew which I'm sure would be a perfect start to the day. We also got the avo toast which was 11/10. Immaculately ripe avocado, a thick slice of juicy tomato, and everything but the bagel and red pepper flakes to season. It was the perfect savory transition to another sweet treat....the acai bowl. Ooooh when I tell you this thing was to DIE FOR. The base was super smooth and sweet and they added tons of granola, the biggest blueberries I've ever seen, strawberries, bananas and honey. Updated review for Manna Juice bar. I visited today to purchase avocado toast and chlorophyll water. When I arrived home and opened my avocado toast that I have always loved, I was met with disappointment AGAIN. The avocado toast was lacking the most important ingredient.. AVACADO. Not only that, but they were very stingy with the arugula. The taste was bland and not worthy of the $4.25 per slice. I also purchased an alkaline/chlorophyll water that has a price of $3.25 and was charged a dollar more. When I questioned Holly about it, I was told that the price had gone up. I decided to call and let them know that I was disappointed in the food that I received. I spoke with Holly, the manager, and I was met with horrible customer service, an attitude, and unprofessionalism. After letting her know that I wasn't happy with my food, she asked what I wanted her to do in the nastiest manner. At that point, I informed her that I would just like a refund. Just when I thought that it couldn't get any worse, a man got on the phone, and said, "what is it?!". I told him that I was just speaking with the manager, and we had already resolved the issue. He then yelled and said that he don't know what's going on and I need to tell him. Umm.. sir, why are for 1 talking crazy to a paying customer and #2, why would you not ask YOUR employee for an explanation? He then hung up in my face. I called a second time for him to do it again. Smh This is the most unprofessional business owner that I have ever encountered. As a member I was invited to drink and see and so I did. Cute little spot in Mansfield near 360 tollway, I went in to try their 6 shot flight. I tried Rose Day with lovely strawberry notes, high cucumber taste along with pleasant taste watermelon refreshing and light and easy drink. 2nd was peach be still which was more on the tart side not so peachy but well balanced and refreshing 3rd was Manna 7 definitely a lemony taste with strong flavor of celery which I enjoyed 4th was Napa beautiful iridescent color due to the red cabbage, grape, apple and lemon. Sadly that was my least fab but lovely look 5th was Manna mule huge nose of ginger and taste which was delicious and I ended the flight with Beets mode b/c I knew the beets taste would be strong which it was! This place is a little off the beaten path but easy to get to. My son and I shared the flight of juices. Very cool to try an assortment of their favorites! Our faves were the watermelon based ones and the milkshake. So refreshing and sweet. The 2 best ones were watermelon & cafe au lait. The watermelon juice was really crisp, light, & refreshing, not sugary like typical juices you buy from the store. We were pleasantly surprised with cafe au lait. If you like coffee & are looking for a coffee alternative, this is for you! Light crisp refreshing "coffee" drink with antioxidants instead of gazillion grams of sugar. Now, the 2 that we disliked were manna 7 & beets juice. It was a younger blast but very subtle. The Berry Good was really good. Smooth and creamy, the Almond milk gives a bit of a smooth earthy flavor with the blue berries and pineapple which are the two fruits that are most noticeable. Nice place.
