We got two medium orange and carrot juices, and we watched her juice the carrots right in front of us. So fresh! Then we ordered a medium biónico and yummmmyyyyy We ended up splitting it and it was the perfect amount. The crema and fresh fruit were incredible. Service was great too. Nice and small juice bar. This place has been around for many years and they are still getting the job done. The vegetable I drink I ordered was made with fresh grapefruit, cucumbers, parsley, green apple, lime, kale, spinach and celery and it worked! I took a chance on the grapefruit was it was actually very refreshing and delicious. It provided the energy boost I needed on a hot day. This place can stand to do a little reorganization so that it would look cleaner and more organized however, this does not take anything away from the great customer service I received and a very well made and very good drink. read more

This small, family-oriented Juice bar is located on Arrow Hwy & Hollenbeck Ave. by Vicky's Barbershop with a small private parking lot. Their menu consists of so many yummy treats such as 'Ice cream, Raspados (shaved ice), Bionicos (Fruit salad), shakes, smoothies, iced coffee, fresh juices, and even food such as hotdogs, sandwiches, salads, tortas, taquitos', etc. I tried their 'Strawberry smoothie' and a 'Bionico', which is a fruit salad with sweet cream and toppings over it. I liked that the cream was not too sweet. The fruit was fresh and everything tasted great, ideal for this hot weather. They also have 'Fruit Party Trays' which are perfect for a potluck or simply a gathering. Service was amazing, very friendly, and welcoming. I have been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally stopped in today. The two ladies there were very friendly and nice. I don't speak Spanish, unfortunately, but I was able to order still, I got a small bionico salad with everything on it and it was delicious! Will definitely return. read more

Ordered a large tray of bionico for a get together. The services ended an hour earlier than the pickup time. I walked in just to see if it was ready. Well of course it wasn't because they make it so it will be fresh 30 min before pickup. The lady that helped me was super nice and friendly. Said she could get it ready right away. She apologized when really I should be apologizing for being early. It was ready in 20 minutes and of course it was still delicious even though I rushed the order. It was a hit at the luncheon! Out of pineapple drink. Whatsya open for then? Then I looked at a couple other drinks and they were out of those. Ooooh myyyy...she tells me they have strawberry. (Sucker must be written on me someplace). So I ask the price. She quoted me something. And the other lady came along and said the prices were wrong. But there's prices all over the place on the signs. A large strawberry consisted of mainly water and some strawberries. A six year old with a lemonade stand on the corner could have did better. They have limited food here. That should have been the first sign for me not to order food. The sandwich I got was alright. Nothing spectacular about it. But it was small and way over priced. Went back for the first time in many years not having a good experience the first time. I ordered two large fruit salads with chile and limone and a large choco milk licuado. We grabbed our bags and left. Arrived home and noticed they had only made me one fruit salad. That's ok they didn't charge me for the second salad. Biting into the fruit the jicama had a spoiled taste. I also noticed the melon had a spoiled odor. I asked the nice young lady not to put any mango but there were a few pieces inside. Overall the fruit salad was not good at all. Years ago we tried this placed and had a similar experience and never went back. The licuado was decent no problems with the drink. Small businesses like these should always check and inspect they're inventory and throw out anything that is past it's shelf life. We bought some small nachos and a fresas con crema here and the nacho chips were stale, and the cream from the fresas con crema tasted like it had gone bad. Called the place and they told me that it didn't taste bad but they could change them out for us and give us cream straight from the can versus the one they had there. We didn't feel comfortable going back and them giving us "new" cream if it was just going to taste the same. Hoping we don't get sick from this. read more

Staff here is very welcoming and friendly. I've only tried the bionico here. They pack in the fruits into the boxes so you are really getting your money's worth. I ordered a strawberry raspado and a pico de gallo. the strawberry raspado tasted like it was made with jam. chunky thick and super sweet, not the good sweet either. This place is really awesome! Minus the intense heat...I don't think the place has--or had the AC on the day I went--any sort of cooling system in place. I was craving an "agua fresca" and they had 3 to choose from that day. A cantaloupe, a Watermelon and my favorite "agua de alfalfa." I brought a friend with me, and he agreed that it was very tasty--it was his first time trying such a drink. I will definitely be coming by here whenever I am thirsty and in the area. read more

Once in a while we'll get a bionico (fruit, cream, nuts) they do phone orders which is good because they can take a while. Parking is kinda weird you just find a spot. Yolanda is the best. Call her on Saturday and Sunday for my regular. One day I called in and someone else made my drink. Worst mistake, they tried to give me a small drink and Yolanda makes my drink I. A big cup. This ladies gave me a hard time thinking I wouldn't pay. I put them in their place and now only go when Yolanda is there. She's sweet and understanding. Always suggesting me to new drinks. If it wasn't for her I'd give this place 1 star. Can here after recovering from the stomach flu cause my daughters were craving cucumber water. I use to come here quite frequent and every time the line was out the door. However the last few months I have notice the small café has been empty (should be an obvious sign). I always order the same items, Chamango and esquites but upon my last few visits the monotone girls have informed me they have ran out of Ice or corn. Luckily, on my recent visit, I was prepared 4 esquites for myself and my coworkers. It is unfortunate that something I use to crave so often, I no longer crave because of the most disgusting, flavorless esquite I have ever been served. I ended up throwing my cup of esquite away along with the 3 ordered for my coworkers; as I refused to be embarrassed and have my coworkers share the same experience. The best part about this place is that it's within walking distance of my house. I come here for the occasional Chamango, agua de pina, or nachos. Yum!!! I want to try some of the other items on the menu but always end up with an agua de pina. The young ladies that work there are really nice. The only downside is that it can get really warm in there. Not sure if there is no A/C or if the constant in & out of people makes it hard to keep it cool. Regardless, they service is fast so I tolerate a little heat for a delicious snack. read more
