The Food & Parking The one area that consistently misses the mark for me is the hot sandwiches. I've tried several, including the Deluxe (turkey sausage and egg on a croissant) and the Vegan Deluxe. While the menu pictures look great, reality is something much different. The heating method they use is a letdown. Instead of a light, flaky, crispy croissant, the sandwiches consistently come out soggy and wet, which is a bummer.
