The only reason why I'm giving four stars is their packaging: The large plastic cups are squishy which means it's easy to squirt some of the smoothie out when you're just holding the cup, and the lids loosen very easily. I've had disasters just carrying them from the shop to my car parked directly out front, and I'm not the only one. I've started asking for a cup with a flat lid even though you get less smoothie because I'm tired of the waste and mess. I would love it it they got the machine that boba places use that put a seal on it. read more

I have a complaint with your UBER EATS set up as many others who I've spoken to. I find that it's ridiculous that you're forcing customers to purchase the largest size smoothies off uber eats. You would gain a lot more business from customers that work in the area that use uber eats for the days we cannot leave the office. The prices for UE are already high but only giving 1 size option for your smoothies is wrong. Nobody wants to spend 30$ on a smoothie on UE. On a side note the last few times i noticed the fruit you're putting as decoration on the straws have dirt on them! Which has me wondering if this is how you take care of your customers. read more

Today I got a smoothie around 3:20, went to pay, the cashier took the card from me as I was about to slide it in to the machine, said "let me help you" then she selected a 15% tip and told me to hit "ok"I'm happy to tip, but the cashier should not be selecting the option without your knowledge. Al though the parking is not great this place is totally worth it. They make the smoothies fresh every time and they always taste amazing!!! The place is really cute inside and you can tell they pride themselves on their business! I always get the Explosion smoothie and my boyfriend gets the Temptation smoothie. I would give no stars if I could but there isn't any option. I am a part of the customer service environment as an employee. After running a business 5 days a week, it is completely understandable when we all want to go home and a last minute customer comes in. What is NOT ACCEPTABLE is the loud rude gestures that someone working in the FRONT DESK gives to two last minute customers ( which was two women with baby in arms), attempting to see if we could POSSIBLY grab a smoothie. Everything would have been alright if she had the correct customer service skills to let us know she was closing up for the night but instead she choose to huff at us in-front if two other people who were sitting down in the tables inside. This was not my first bad experience in this business. My prior visit had a bad ending with the self-tipping cashier. The owner was nice enough to reply back and assure me it was a mistake and that it had never happened before so therefore I choose to give them a second chance which I immediately regretted before even fully stepping foot inside the establishment. That being said I will never come back and much less recommend this place to anyone else. read more
