But what got the one star was that they will not put ANY milk whatsoever in your coffee without a 50 cent up-charge. It's already a pet peeve of mine when a coffee shop charges for a 'splash' of any milk (even non-dairy) because the cost for a half an ounce is negligible with a $6 coffee. BUT I want to be clear, I asked specifically and a second time to be sure we weren't misunderstanding each other. A splash of whole milk, skim milk, whatever.... All 50 cents. You have to drink the coffee black or there's an up-charge!! Might as well get a splash of the fancy milk.... That's just a pure insult to customers and I'm fine dishing out the one star because I'll clearly never be back.
