(I was there at noon on a Sunday for context) Seating-4- there are three small two seat couches near the door, not a lot of seating but more to an enough for me. Wait staff-5- Super nice! The two young ladies behind the counter were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Speed of Service-5-Very quick for a hand-made bowl. Food-5-Fantastic!! One of the best Açaí bowls that I have had (and I've had a lot) Ambiance-3-Pretty generic, not bad just not great. Price-4-Average for a medium to large Açaí bowl with all of this fruit included. The staff seemed really nice, but it seems one of them weren't paying attention and the other is poor at communication. I told the girl taking my order to give me a smoothie without peanut butter, and the other girl who made the smoothie put peanut butter into the smoothie. I ordered it that way due to a peanut allergy, and THANKFULLY my throat didn't swell too badly, so I didn't need to go to the hospital. The area inside and everything was relatively clean, and staff were nice, but with poor communication like this I cannot give anything more than one star. My life could have been at risk. read more

Stopped in early on a Monday, there was no wait. Ordered 1 bowl, and 3 smoothies. The man working was very helpful with explaining the menu and quickly made our 4 different items. Good prices, cheaper and higher quality than chain smoothie shops. We will definitely be back next time we're in town. read more

This location and the employees are awesome! I go nearly every day and they had my order down after a few weeks. They always give great service and I've only ever had one issue with being overcharged and it was obviously a new employee. The next time I went back they fixed it for me even though I said it was no big deal. I really love this location so much! Plus the seating area is usually very clean and tidy. read more

This location used to be decent, but now it's pretty much just a joke. It's not uncommon to spend 15+ minutes in the drive thru, including 5+ minutes at the window before anyone even bothers to poke their head out. And once you get your smoothie, it's often poorly blended. You could probably get your own ingredients and make a smoothie faster than you could make it through the drive thru most days at this location. And you'd probably do a better job blending it yourself in a $20 junk blender. In short, don't bother - this location doesn't deserve your business. read more

This place always has the best smoothies, the staff are friendly, The aronia health shots are always the best in my opinion. So far I have only been there 2 times in that location and I appreciate the work that the staff do. They make the smoothies sweet without adding any sugars. They always use fresh fruits and vegetables. I will be coming back soon! read more

Love this place!! It is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, high-energy, and helpful. There is plenty of parking & it is easy to get in and out. They do have a drive thru window, although the turn is a bit tight around the building. The smoothies and juices are delicious! Lots of choices of ingredients. You can choose to make your own combination of ingredients, or select from their large variety of signature drinks. You can make substitutions on ingredients you do not like. All their lights were on. They're open sign was on!! Their drive-thru lights are on!! But nobody would answer us!! So we drove up to the window! The girl was playing on her phone!! So then we drove around and parked. Got out of the car and started to walk up to the door. The other girl ran up to the door and locked it!! As we getting to the door!! Turned off the open sign! and gave us a smirk smile!!! I left a complaint with the general manager! he said that he's got to check the footage!! But they're really good employees and he can't see them doing that! They know better! So basically he was saying that I was lying!!! This juice stop drive-through order taker was incredibly rude. I had to wait the entire time just for her to tell me a sarcastic good for me. when I explained what I wanted she said "it's not gonna taste good" and wouldn't give me my order. horrible experience and then I had to wait in the drive-through to be able to leave. don't go to this juice stop! read more

Horrible service this afternoon, I've been getting açaí bowls here everyday and they used to fill them up which made the $8.00 price tag worth it. But when you get a bowl that isn't even half full counting the fruit on top, I wouldn't pay $5.00 for this. Even reminded the girl the fill it up. read more
