So excited the Coconut Creek location is finally open! Only 8 minutes from my house, this spot is going to take all my money...the decor inside is similar to other locations - trendy, bright and welcoming. The menu is the same as all locations with seasonal specials on their coffees, matcha drinks and food items. I love their bagel bombs and scones. The Florida Burrito is also delightful. On this month's list, I've tried the Banana Bread Cold Brew and the Guava Cheesecake Latte. Both were not super sweet but bold and rich flavors on the coffee and tastes they're named after. The latte can only be made with less ice, not hot due to the cold foam they use on top. The service is always quick and efficient. Can't wait to see 2hat new flavors come out next!

I stopped by the new location of Seed in Coconut Creek for lunch today and ordered the chicken Caesar salad and a Chagacinno. The new location is well decorated and the staff was very friendly. My drink was $7 for the regular (an average price for mushroom coffee that will allegedly help me focus at work) and the salad was $16. While the salad was tasty, that's a steep price for a grab and go salad. I'll come back for drinks and maybe try a burrito, but the pricing is steep.

Went here cause my cousins insisted before we do a job. Pretty good honestly. I'm not a big fan of matcha but I do love lavender and I felt so relaxed drinking it. Just a tad pricier than what I'm use to spending.

Lemon pound cake matcha is truly the best creation. Im so happy they opened the coconut creek location. Lemon pound cake should be added to the permanent menu its so good! The staff always writes cute notes on our cups too which is such a sweet touch!

I recently stopped at feffy's cafe for my caffeine fix and let me tell you it did not disappoint…read more Upon walking in you feel all the warm and cozy vibes. i loved all the books and that you can even buy a date with a book. the girls who attended me were so sweet. We bonded over my fuggler bag charm. I took a bit to look over the menu and then the gals suggested i get the viral dot cake latte and immediately i was so down to get it. Let me tell you it literally is a cake in a cup! sooooo good! definitely one of those stops you need to make if you want a cozy coffee shop that is not busy in the sense of all the tables are full and a bunch of people are talking to loud to enjoy a cup or two.

We were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in. I ordered a latte, crossaint and crodut. It was a little crowded due to limited space so we ordered it to go. We waited outside and watched the little bird feeders they have. Within 5 minutes everything was warmed and ready to go. They offered me a free latte because they got the milk on the first one wrong. I really didnt mind either way. But they still apologized and gave me both to keep. The coffee is delicious. Not too sweet or bitter, great strong coffee taste. Crossaint was warm and flakey and the mini crodut was the perfect size. Just big enough to satisfy any sweet tooth Will definately be back!

Tropical and relaxing vibe- you could feel like you're on a Caribbean island or in the Keys with the decor. We did their happy hour which had discounted bites and $7-9 drinks. Had a rum based and also a tequila cocktail which were made well and quite refreshing. Bartenders were friendly too. Shared the sliders and chicken satay. Both flavorful and the restaurant doesn't use seed oils I heard which is really important and nice to see. Will return for dinner because a friend said the chicken Milanese was fire!

I ordered a hot Banoffee latte to start. It was rich and creamy. Very good. Then we all shared the duo of dip crudite. It comes with muhammara and babaghanoush plus warm pita. Both dips were tasty and made with good consistency. We were able to get another round of pita as well. For entree, I got the chicken and waffles. The maple Chipotle syrup was great, unfortunately the chicken was a little over fried so it was a bit dry. Same issue with the waffles, they were hard and dry. My friends got the shakshuka which she enjoyed and the short rib benedict which was great and came on challah bread instead of an English muffin. All portions were huge and definitely shareable.
