Unfortunately my last visit really let me down. I ordered a bowl with three extra toppings and paid extra for all of them, but they weren't actually added to my bowl. On top of that, the fruit didn't match what was on the receipt -- I'm not sure how that mix-up happens when it's literally printed right in front of them. Portions overall felt skimpy, especially the kiwi, which was barely there. Customer service was also pretty disappointing. One of the employees working that day (she had glasses on) was noticeably unfriendly and didn't smile once -- not just with me, but I noticed her being the same way with other customers she served too. When we left, neither of the two employees said bye or thank you; they were too busy chatting with each other to notice us heading out. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how tiring the job can be, but a smile and basic friendliness go a long way, it's something I think both of these girls could work on.

I'm no stranger to Summerlin, with the occasional visit here and there, but I've never seen or heard of this place. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days.
