I visited this location multiple times in the past couple of weeks and I've turned a lot of my friends onto it. They absolutely love this place. It's clean. The bowls are delicious and tasty. The staff is super friendly. I even just left and they're closing in 20 minutes and they were super happy to help me and didn't seem like I was a burden because I came in so close to closing time. The only one critique I would say is I wish they opened up a little bit earlier so that I would be able to get a bowl before I get to work opening at nine kind of is a little late for me, but I do appreciate that they close at eight, which gives me plenty of time to get one in the evening when I get home from work. Customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. It was not busy at all, yet it took 25 minutes for me to receive a simple regular Rise and Shine order. There is absolutely no reason for that kind of delay. Anna clearly needs additional training in customer service. Even though she was off the clock, she should not be distracting on-duty employees, taking selfies behind the counter, or interfering with staff who have customers waiting. Her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and she never once apologized for the inconvenience. I'm glad I don't visit this location often, because this level of behavior is unacceptable. Don't even try calling within an hour of closing. They are too busy trying to be done working. None of the employees smile or go to any effort to show you they are happy to have you there. I was greeted by the staff upon entry and they were very helpful in answering my questions about the menu. Grace and Dion both answered my questions about options (such as brown rice or white rice and what was included with the bowl). I decided to eat in the store because the store was so clean and not too loud. They had some good music playing in the background to create a calming ambiance for those who were present. First time trying Bowlology and loved it! Fast and friendly service. I ordered the Bohemian 1 and subbed out bananas for blueberries. This was such a yummy sweet treat. The bowl had fresh fruit and I love that there was chia seed pudding in there. I'm normally not a granola person but for some reason this granola was soooo good it was lightly sweet and tasted vanilla-y. And it didn't disappoint at all. I love the layered concept. Flavors were all excellent. I always get weary placing a large order since the chances of something going wrong are very high. With that said, I appreciate their exceptional service in making sure our bowls were made accurately and efficiently. We ordered 4 super bowls, 2 poke bowls, and 1 protein bowl. Everybody said they liked theirs with the exception of the poke bowls. My friend said it tasted good, but they still prefer going to an actual place that specializes in poke. I went here today, most likely won't be coming back. I have an hour for my lunch break and I think we can all agree that time literally slips through our fingers once we go on break so I like to call my order in where ever I go to make sure my food is ready when I get there instead of waiting another ten minutes to pick it up. I actually took it home and ended up adding my own spicy sauce and avocado because I'm not paying $3 extra for a few slices. Coming from Hawaii, this is weak. I paid $12 for bland fish and mushy rice drenched in soy sauce where as freshness and flavor is guaranteed for half the price where I'm from. The first time I came here was better. But every time we come to this location they only fill it half way and the fruits are always old and soggy. Staff isn't mean but just so passive.
