I stopped by recently, shortly before closing time, and received no greeting of any kind. I only received hostile stares from the girls behind the counter. It was very uncomfortable. I actually said at one point, "Is it a problem that we're here? We can just leave if it is." Eventually, one girl said "No, it's fine. We're open til 6" and proceeded to make the two smoothies I had ordered. I do feel bad that coming in at that time was such a stressful experience for the employees but I wish the employees understood the importance of treating all customers with equal courtesy and respect. I would be more understanding if it was a sit down restaurant and I tried to order multiple full course meals, but I simply wanted two smoothies. My recommendation would be to lock your doors at 5:45 pm if you want to be done serving customers by 6 pm. I think it would save the employees a lot of anguish.
