This was the absolute worst dining experience I've ever had in my life. I am not from the area and decided to give this place a try for brunch while I was in the area for a concert the night before--worst mistake. First it took forever for our server to greet us and take our order. Then it took forever for us to get our food. After we finished eating we waited at least 30 minutes before our server came back to make sure we were done and bring us our checks. She messed the checks up and basically refused to fix it. Fast forward I'm trying to pay for my check with cash- a normal servers dream. Except this lady told me I couldn't pay in cash because she didn't have change!!!! What?! So suppose I didn't have a card to use?? I was literally mind blown. I reluctantly hand over my card only for her to come back and realize she had mixed up my card with my friends and swiped our cards on the wrong check! You think that's all that can go wrong right-- but no! Then she proceeds to ignore us for another 15 minutes before telling us there's nothing she can do about it. The food is top notch diner fare. Compliments to the chef here. Had the Ruben and my wife got the party melt. Both were excellent and good sized portions. We both had burgers that were cooked to perfection & the bun was soft & delicious! The french fries had a nice crisp crunch & with the added cheese & bacon; who wouldn't be happy. My friend finished the night with a loaded chocolate brownie dripping in chocolate sauce, nuts & whipped cream. Wow! I had the black & white shake. Pure goodness for the heart. We wanted diner food and that's what we got, with a twist. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. We started with the Macho Nachos. Plenty of toppings, including jalapeños which I love. It was just the right size for a 2 person appetizer without feeling like we just got a mini meal. They do breakfast all day, so Bob got his favorite, steak and eggs. He said everything was cooked exactly as he requested it, eggs over easy and medium well steak. It also came with his choice of side and bread. He decided on the hash browns and biscuit, but I lost count of how many choices for each that the server named. I had the steak Gorgonzola with a mushroom gravy. I love blue cheese on my steak and the mushroom sauce sounded interesting. I like my steak rare and it was cooked, or warmed as my husband likes to tease, perfectly. That's taking into account we weren't eating at a chophouse. On the side, I had 4 very thick & crunchy onion rings and a bowl of macaroni & cheese. They need to work on the cheese sauce a little more. Not quite cheesy enough yet. For dessert we shared the bread pudding. It came warmed with caramel sauce, a scoop of vanilla icecream and I think a whole can of whipped cream. Yum! We were a very large group of over twenty having dinner after the Manassas Christmas Tree lighting. We were warmly welcomed and guided to our prepared tables. The staff was quick to take our drink orders and then our food orders. The food was very good, and our younger people said they made a mean milkshake! We would especially like to thank Shawn and his excellent helpers for making all of the Miss Prince William County Scholarship Program titleholders, the committee and the young ladies' parents have an extremely enjoyable experience. Everything is made absolutely fantastic and with care! Their cheesesteak was made with real sliced meat, you can even look at it and can tell. It was also seasoned extremely well. I've had MANY cheesesteaks where the meat look like it was prefrozen, premade and packaged. Not the case at all with this one. It was literally superb. But more fries next time. read more

Placed an order for delivery at 6:11pm. It is now 8:24 and my food is just being delivered after the original confirmation gave a delivery time of 6:55. I called in at 7:20 and was told the delivery driver went out with 7 orders at the same time.. (that doesn't sound very smart) maybe they should hire more than one delivery person during peak times.. flash forward to 7:50 I called back as my food still was not here. I was told again that the food went out and was on its way, at this point my concern is I was told that a half hour ago so now my food is sitting in someone's car for thirty plus minutes.. I was told it's okay the food will still be hot Bc they put it in a warming tray.. the girl who answered the phone this time around was very sweet and offered to reach out to the delivery driver for a more accurate ETA, it was allegedly 5-10 minutes. This was not the case more like 25. So after waiting two hours for my dinner, I had to place the order in the oven to warm up Bc it was ice cold. While the salad was good, it seems like it may be poor management or lack or staffing. Some sort of discount off for the wait would have been appreciated, but not offered. I will definitely not be ordering delivery from this establishment ever again. read more
