    Smoked Salmon Benedict

I have been to this First Watch location twice since it opened and both experiences have been wonderful so far. Both visits had minimal wait and there's freshly brewed coffee in the waiting area so it wasn't too bad. For entrees, we have tried the Biscuits and Turkey Sausage with Eggs, Salmon Benedict, and Multigrain Pancakes (with real maple syrup). Everything is hot and delicious when it gets to the table. The servers are nice and checks in every now and then. The coffee is amazing especially when freshly made. The prices are reasonable and the ambiance is casual. I'm just glad that there's an additional option for weekday brunch in our area. I can't wait to be back!

Tried this new restaurant (located where the old Red Robin was) and had a delightful breakfast. Plenty of interesting choices on the menu but went with my favorite "Classic Eggs Benedict ". The poached eggs were huge and cooked perfectly, not over nor undercooked. Sauce was outstanding and I ordered a side of grits with syrup and butter. Had a friendly waitress named Elke who was on top of things. The manager, Mark, stopped by for a visit and thanked me for trying them out. What more could I ask for? Definitely will be eating here again. PS: Their coffee was awesome!

Party of 4 on a Thursday for lunch, crowded yet seated quickly in a clean booth. Everyone was pleased with the drink orders- regular coffee and morning meditation. Food included ricotta pancakes, Belgian waffle and am super foods bowl. The turkey sausage was a little tough, asked for a replacement and they were still a bit overcooked but better. They do not have the full menu at this location yet. It was beautifully decorated but at times difficult to converse in the booth from all the noise, not sure if this is a design flaw or especially noisy customers that day.

Amazing delicious food. Fantastic service. Brightly lit and open concept dining room. We enjoyed our meal just like at all the other locations. No complaints here. We ordered all our favorites and everything came out perfect.

Stopped in at the new First Watch the first Monday they were open (March 2, 2026). Apparently they conducted a soft opening over the weekend. I was seated at a table and I ordered the Farmhouse Hash, as well as a couple side dishes: A biscuit with sausage gravy and a side of bacon - plus coffee. The coffee came up first - decent coffee for a restaurant. I requested real Half n' Half for my coffee (not the room temp. chemical creamers that are already on the table). They were happy to bring some out! The food came out about 10 minutes later. I added the appropriate amounts of black pepper and hot sauce to the hash and the sausage gravy. Evetything was tasty! I could not eat the whole thing - and so took the rest to go for later. When it's time to pay your bill - you have options. You can either scan the QR code on the bill and pay @ your table using your smart phone - or you can go to the register and pay there. Both options support Apple Pay. Service was excellent! Nice addition to the area's breakfast options! #FirstWatch

The restaurant was clean, and the server was friendly and attentive. I arrived just in time because around 9:35 the place filled up quickly. It seems to be a favorite among the locals, which is always a good sign. The food is a little pricey, but the quality and flavor made it worth it. Everything I ordered was delicious, and I would definitely come back.

What a disaster. I placed an online order at 8:40 AM, and it was supposed to be ready at 8:51 AM. When I arrived, the front host turned his back to me and didn't acknowledge me until I spoke up and asked, "Can you help me with my order?" After looking into it, I was told that my order had been given to someone else. Mistakes happen, but what was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication and customer service afterward. No one apologized for the mistake, no one told me how long it would take to remake my order, and I was left standing there wondering what was going on. When customers place orders ahead of time, they expect them to be ready and handled professionally. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but professional. Very disappointing service, and not the level of customer care I expected from First Watch.

Finally was able to get to First Watch! It's been on my list since they've opened. I got there for brunch on a Friday. I'm not surprised they were pretty busy. Definitely use the app to get your name on the list. We only had to wait a couple of minutes before we were seated. Service was good. Our server took really good care of us. The decor was open, bright and very inviting. Great menu for breakfast, brunch and lunch

The food is delicious. Flavors blended well with the turkey gravy. The potatoes were very tasty. The wait time was 30 minutes. The waitress checked on us a total of about four times. When the food was delivered two dishes were served and we had to wait for my daughter and granddaughters food another 15 minutes. When you dine with family you want to all enjoy the food together not separately. The atmosphere is loud but you can still enjoy. They do have outside sitting.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Second time going. Everything blew me away. My hubby and I are foodies and we tried to do a lunch date every Friday. Been married for 20 years. We had an amazing amazing turkey and biscuit gravy and Barbacoa tacos. Service was exceptional. Ysmael was our server and he told us so much history about the Resturant and the owners and all the food. That's basically Farm table. We started with the bloody Mary, which comes with bacon. Enough said go here regret your life.

Came for brunch on a weekday during opening week. Service was excellent. Food was good. Nice addition to the western PW restaurant scene! Coffee was really good too!

We all agree on 2 thumbs up across the board for decor and ambiance. It was giving industrial-NYC-Soho vibes. Quite impressive for Main Street Manassas. Timing was everything ... we were too early for the dinner crowd and just missed the lunch rush so the parking Gods were on our side ... we snagged a spot right in front of the restaurant. Stephen was a gracious server / bartender to our wee little party of 3. The beers were cold and the Cadillac Margarita was decent. The Rueben and bbq wings were raved about (especially the bbq sauce ... it was legendary)! Unfortunately, the salmon bites and the pork belly deviled egg appetizers were soooo salty and just not edible. Also $15 was diabolical for the portion size of the salmon bites. (Pic attached) I've paid that for a full bourbon glazed salmon meal with rice and veggies. Not a deal breaker. Would most def return to try other app / entree / summer cocktail options. Looking forward to hearing YOUR opinion. When you go, tell them you saw it on yelp.

Omg so many thoughts on this experience…read more I'm so glad i didn't immediately know it was a restaurant located in a hotel. This prob would have deterred me, even a little bit. The Apple map directions here confused me a little due to this, but parking was really plentiful so that's a huge plus! I went on a Sunday morning and lo and behold there was a hole farmers market or pop up set up all through haymarket! Busy weekend for a brunch but haymarket is SUCH a cute little vibe and town with so many hidden gems, like this one!! Literally every single item I saw waiters bring out from the kitchen looked so scrumptious, every person around us immediately began digging in and enjoying their meals...and honestly, no crumbs were left behind pretty much every time. We started ordering a yummy cocktail. I was really in the mood for the Paloma with grapefruit juice but sadly they were out of grapefruit juice fortunately, they had plenty cocktails available that were not explicitly on the menu! I ended up having a delicious espresso martini, prepared, right and honestly, I would have had another!! Not too sweet. Not creamy. And with 3 beans. Impeccable no notes. I ordered the red House breakfast. Man those home potatoes were so delicious....they clearly cooked them seasoned deliciously and then flash fried, so crunchy!!!! Amazing. I found that their execution on their meals was really impressive. My sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly and paired so yummy with the toast. The bacon had delicious flavor too. I ordered a biscuit because I had heard that their biscuits were really yummy but unfortunately they did not have their bacon biscuit so it was just a classic biscuit. It was good, certainly dense and clearly homemade. My girlfriend got the poutine. Looked so delicious and was really enjoyed! The gravy was thick and flavorful! We sat down and enjoyed plenty of conversation and a really nice environment. Nobody rushed us, service was just the right amount of attentive without interrupting conversation constantly, and the floor to ceiling windows let in beautiful natural light and views of the town. It was the perfect brunch spot for a low-key, but delicious meal. Just a hair out of the way without being too far. I came out with a really good friend of mine to celebrate my one year wedding anniversary with her and it was the perfect possible location. Shout out to the staff for being so welcoming and kind, and even taking a picture of us when we asked to commemorate the occasion. I'm sure they are used to people walking in to the hotel lobby looking as confused as I was looking for red House Tavern.
