I deal with a lot of vendors and I knew my same-day request (on a Saturday no less) would probably be met with cranky "not possible in the timeline" responses. Instead, I met Jolene on the other end of the phone. What a warm and positive person! She immediately took on my problems with grace and alacrity. She not only solved the heaters and blanket asks but also added so many details that I would never have thought of. Baskets to hold the blankets. Blankets tied with twine. Additional black napkins in case someone was wearing a dark outfit. Found local wines and beers. Just extremely thoughtful in everything she did. My event was not big or expensive. I'm from out of town so I'm probably not a repeat client (wish I could be!). And I had a very last minute weekend request. And Jolene pulled through 110%. She was always willing to answer my hundreds of questions, she put together a wedding inspiration board to help with decor and colors, reach out to vendors for quotes, and so much more. The day of our wedding, Gabriella and Frank made our day absolutely perfect. Both my husband and I were able to relax and not stress about the details the day of because we knew Gabriella and Frank had it covered. They created binders that had all the vendor information, day of timeline, venue layouts, etc. that they gave to us and the other vendors so everyone was on the same page. They set up all our centerpieces and put out all the decor we had gathered for the wedding. I added some pics because they did amazing. I didn't have an exact idea what I wanted so I told Gabriella to use her creative freedom and I loved it. I had also mentioned to her that I forgot to order a sign for our guest book the week before the wedding and she immediately offered to make one for me and bring it the day of. They made sure we had a drink and/or food in hand throughout the whole night and handled any questions from various vendors or guests so we didn't have to. I texted back & forth with them and although the bartender was not there they continued to say she was. Sent pictures of the empty bar. She was seemingly drunk, totally unorganized when she finally walked in and was already running behind before the guests came into the reception from the wedding. She could not seem to make a drink in a timely fashion to save her life. She asked my son's friends to cover the bar while she went to restroom then we see her outside vaping and eating a sandwich. We fired her and my son's friends had to bartend the rest of the night. She was there 2 hours tops and we were only refunded $128 out of the $2,100 we paid. Run do not walk away from this business. If I had even lower stars and 1 I would give them that. TERRIBLE.

When I arrived at 6:50 PM, the beer and white wine were still warm in boxes. Despite the company claiming staff arrived on time, the venue staff and event witnesses observed otherwise. The experience was so disorganized that this company is no longer allowed to work at this venue.

They even used the front yard space and driveway to make a beautiful sit down area with low benches and pillows with lace wrapping around the yard to make for an intimate and private event. On a snowy day Reverend Kristen Hepp and the photographer, Sharon, ran into travel difficulties, but kept us informed. When they arrived (with gorgeous flowers!) the two of them gently and firmly cleared the chaos, offered options, got the pre-ceremony photos done, and whoosh! It was underway. Rev. Hepp's guidance thru the ceremony was traditional and modern, touching and sweet, compassionate and caring. We could see how much she loves translating a couple's commitment into permanence. Post ceremony photos then went off without a hitch - Sharon graciously both directing and accommodating the many permutations of family and friend photographs. Everyone is in there somewhere! Kristen and Sharon then moved all the relevant pieces and people together for the champagne toast and cake cutting. And the cake~ooooh. Colorado Commitments uses long-term baker and the cake was fantastic! Moist and flavorful. Perfect. All in all, a marriage celebration brought to fruition through the excellent offices of Colorado Committments -- which we highly recommend.
