She burned through $2500 of my $3000 retainer (not including the additional filing fees) and dropped me as a client with no warning siting I was too anxious. Did I email a lot? Sure, but always respectfully! To me, a lawyer who gets frustrated about follow up on custody for a divorce or an "anxious client" feels like someone who shouldn't be a divorce lawyer, but you can and will find that with Leigh Lyons! While my lawyer friends expressed they get calls, texts, and emails at all times and in succession without breaking from the pressure, do not expect this compassion or professionalism with Leigh. Outside of this shocking unprofessional conduct at the end, she was generally a poor lawyer. Failing to share correspondence from the opposing council for almost a month (Opposing Council's response sent to her May 5th. She shared with me on June 1st) Poor communication and availability Presenting a condescending attitude Asking me to check her math on items all while charging $300/hour?? Leigh seems a lot more concerned with growing her pickle ball career (lol) than she is with doing her job. I've also noticed that any negative review posted, Leigh will respond saying they were not her clients. (e-mails attached in the comments so there is no confusion.) Literally the worst exchange in a service I have ever received across the board in my 33 years. Good riddance !

In a letter I received from him he flat out accused me of two fraudulent acts and when I answered his letter with PROOF that nothing that he said was true, he did not even have the decency or professionalism to respond or apologize. There were others matter that I had as well in his handling of this will that I won't go into. I'll just say he is a perfect example why attorneys have a bad reputation...again this is my opinion in how he handled everything...others may have had a better experience with him. I spoke with an attorney and he gave me the information I needed to file a complaint with the Pa Disciplinary Board and I will handle my matter concerning Mr. Vreeland in that way.

Puskar Firm represented me in a long custody battle for my almost 4 yr old granddaughter after her…read moremom died suddenly. Although the odds would seem stacked against me, being a grand parent and not a "parent," my fight was for my granddaughters physical safety and mental well-being. The Puskar firm did not let me down, and stood by me even when another lawyer might have walked considering the continual abhorrent behavior(an understatement) of the other party. Attorney Puskar is a wonderful attorney and met every proceeding, hearing, emergency motion, armed with knowledge of the law and a determination to advocate for my granddaughter. He is also incredibly kind and supportive and answered all of my many many multitudes of questions/emails along the way through the numerous twists and turns of the court proceedings. This applies to all the office staff. They were always kind, caring and patient. I was recently, FINALLY, able to legally adopt my now 7 yr old little girl, assisted by Attorney Weaver. However, he said I had further options for the case. He charged me more money to represent me. This time he was unprepared to argue my case missing key elements I gave him. He completely ignored my ex's counter suit. In fact, I asked him why he didn't say anything and his exact words were "don't worry about that." Needless to say I lost and the counter suit was awarded. Now this is where it gets good. After the loss, he refused to answer emails, he refused to return phone calls, he had his secretary say he would call me right back. He absolutely refused to discuss the outcome because he knew he f'ed up. I put my trust and A LOT of money in him and he was a waste. Being afraid to discuss his loss was amazing. Do not use him!
