I was looking for an Import Broker for the fist time, as I had a large international shipment I needed assistance with the import documents and clearance. After searching through Yelp, I happily stumbled upon Juliana Lim CHB for assistance. I contacted them by phone and James was the first to pick up. I explained my situation with him, being a first time import for myself, and he was extremely patient with me and walked me through the entire process. He was always there every step of the way and always available via email if I needed him. The entire shipment took about a month to arrive and once it arrived at the port, James helped me with the import documents and clearances and everything was finally scheduled for delivery. I called this company today regarding a small sample shipment I had coming in from China. While I've imported goods before with a different business, I'd never had to deal with DAP terms. With this being a new business that I had just started I wanted to make sure I was covered properly on any customs clearances or documents needed.
