I explained my situation with him, being a first time import for myself, and he was extremely patient with me and walked me through the entire process. He was always there every step of the way and always available via email if I needed him. The entire shipment took about a month to arrive and once it arrived at the port, James helped me with the import documents and clearances and everything was finally scheduled for delivery. Trust is already lost when you don't return a prospects call or email in a timely manner. I felt un-acknowledged which also says, she is not grateful for people CHOOSING her place of business over thousands of other shipping agents in the greater LA area.
