Very clean and lots of washers and dryers! Nice seating. Note that it is super cold in here! Every time one of the doors open the freezing air flows in! Everyone has coats and hats on! There is no seating in the middle, so you are forced to sit near a door. I absolutely love that there are NO tvs! Wish they had a free little library though! read more

A good place to just hang out, vibe, and do laundry at the same time. It's also in the perfect location to start a load of laundry, then hang out at the local Aldi. I cannot recommend this place enough, truly a staple of the Fairport community, it is the cultural epicenter of the region. read more

I come to this laundry mat when I have a lot to do and want to get it done quickly. It is usually clean and the employees are usually very helpful. As soon as I walked in this morning the employee working immediately told me to go somewhere else because there weren't very many large washers available. I had blankets and towels to wash from my child's dorm room and a few items from my home. I stated that I was fine using the smaller washers and splitting up the loads. Apparently he didn't believe me because he followed me while I loaded up 7 washers (one large that holds 4 loads, one medium that hold 2 loads and 5 small that hold one load) for two large blankets, 3 sheets, 4 pillowcases, 5 throws and 4 small decorative pillows and 3 bed pillows. I made sure nothing was over loaded, but he did go ahead and tell me to move some of my items so I added another small load. He then accused me loudly of still having too much in each load. I opened the doors and showed him the loads and he muttered an apology after seeing that none were actually over loaded. Then he followed me around while I put the liquid soap in each washer. He yelled (and I mean yelled) at me across to use less soap, so I put less soap in the remaining loads. Then he accused me of not listening to him. I calmly asked him if he spoke to everyone this way and he shouted across the laundry mat "Does anyone here think I'm a jerk?" No one said a word.... So awkward and strange. Don't go to Timesaver if the tall bald angry man with glasses is working. Pictures of each of my "over-full" loads to follow. I spent $60 today there and had to deal with that behavior. read more

Clean laundromat with tons of machines to choose from. They have quite a few folding tables and rolling baskets for customers to use which was convenient. Their coin-less system is pretty easy to operate but someone is there in the office if you need assistance. It was $14 for me to wash and dry 2 large loads so not terrible for an emergency situation but also not super economical. They have a hand washing sink and plenty of seating if you want to stay inside while you wait for your loads to be done. Customers who were around were friendly and I felt very safe in the location. read more

Bright, safe place to so laundry. Prices are ok. A all load will cost just under $3. Dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes. It won't break the bank....dryers are extremely efficient and will dry in 18 min at high heat. This place won't take coins for this is a card system. Just remember to load the card with about $5 them just add what you need. If you get confused, an attendant will gladly help you. read more

I had left 2 dryers full of stuff in my hurry to pick up my daughter. I went in the next day to talk to the manger about lost and found and he pointed me in the direction of a table with laundry items on it, my stuff was not there. While talking to him in the office he told me they didn't put lost and found anywhere else. Low and behold my rugs were on the office floor hidden in the corner. My daughters comforter was not in sight. He said he would talk to the employees and get back to me. I called back a couple days later to get an update, he said the owner offered to give me $10. I asked if they reviewed the cameras and he said only the owner could do that. The manger admitted it was weird my rugs were in the office. I asked for the owner to call me back. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. This place seems to take what they want of your stuff if you accidentally leave it behind, they don't care about customers. Came in at 9:00PM to do a 25 min load. A gentleman walked up to me and said "are you really going to wash right now?" Mind you, the place closes at 10 PM. Really not a cool thing to make your customers feel bad for walking in to spend money when they have plenty of time to get their clothes clean. I asked him what his name is and he told me that it was Scott. I asked him who the owner is, he said that it was him. If I owned the place, I wouldn't be all bent out of shape if someone was coming in to do 4 $8.00 loads plus drying. That's more money in my pocket. I don't know how this man plans to stay in business with that attitude. What a shame! read more

The place always smells like weed by the office. It is at its worst when the long haired gentleman is working. You'll know it's his day when Bob Marley or similar music is blasting over the speakers. I used to drive all the way from Canandaigua to do my laundry here. CLEAN, lots of different machine sizes and settings to get exactly what you need, free wifi, and fast! I miss this place - hopefully they will rebuild after the fire, because this was the best laundromat in the area, hands down. read more

Love this laundromat! Very nice and clean, well lit, and "upscale looking" compared to the standard mildly shady looking laundromats I'm used to. The attendant seems to always be here keeping things nice and safe but hides in his office so he's not awkwardly creeping around (this happens at other laundromats which makes me anxious and not go back). This is my go-to place. Even if it IS a little drive from Penfield, for me it's worth it! read more

Do not spend the extra money for hot water. They do not have any. I questioned the worker about it and he said that he had also questioned it and was assured there was hot water but that the machines were insulated so you could not feel it. I ran the sink for 10 minutes next to the machine. No hot water. The beads that I added to my wash did not melt which tells me no hot water. Most front loaders while insultated if you use hot water the glass does not stay cold. When the worker was defensive and nervous it told me all I needed to know. read more
