I initially agreed to a higher charge of $250 (without bedroom cleaning) for my small space, followed by a regular fee of $150. The agreement consisted of 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and 3ft from the house sweep service. After the first cleaning, I promptly sent the payment and attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment, but received no response. Understanding that it's a small business and they might be busy, I reached out again yesterday 8/22. However, I still haven't heard back. If you're busy, just communicate that. The cleaning was okay but the bedsheets were not put nicely at all. However I have been following up for the monthly cleaning and they continue to not respond to my messages. Iris and her team are amazing! I hired them for routine cleaning and a move out cleaning for my home. They previously did a deep cleaning and post construction cleaning to get my house ready for sale. The routine cleaning was under $200 plus I tipped the cleaners separately, this was more affordable than the other cleaners that I got quotes from. The move out cleaning was under $500. Iris is really good about communication and getting me on her schedule especially a last minute change. Text is the best way I've reached her, but sometimes for last minute changes or questions I'll call her. She does get very busy at times, but with how well they clean I can see why their schedule fills up fast. Her crew are always so nice, and while my Spanish is not the best I was always able to communicate with Nancy in my broken Spanish/English for any questions I had or if I needed them to take care of something in particular. They work extremely hard and for a move out cleaning it took them about 3-4 hours working nonstop. I went out and got them dinner because it was already late in the day and they had already come from another job to clean my house last minute. For the clean out they cleared out everything. I had probably 3-4 garbage bags after they were done, so be aware especially if your garbage cart is on the smaller side and get extra garbage stickers to get those bags picked up if you're in San Jose. They even cleaned in the area above the closets that was full of spider webs and dust. By the time they were done my house was move in ready. Nancy and her team even helped me load up my car as I was trying to move my last items out of the house while they were cleaning. I was able to leave them in the house and let them do their job. I can't thank them enough. Hopefully someday we will be back and I can use their services again. read more

Our refrigerator was particularly challenging to clean, but they did an incredible job inside and out, making it look brand new! Iris's team did a move-in cleaning for us for a 1 bedroom apartment. She was able to squeeze us in the next morning (thank god!) and give us a very reasonable price for the much needed deep clean. We pointed out a couple places where it looked like the ladies missed and they were so kind and really put some extra effort into seeing if the stains would scrub out, unfortunately they did not but it was a great effort on Iris's teams's part. Upon contacting response was prompt. Set up date for service. Day of service cleaners show up when requested. I showed them the areas to be cleaned. I left them to do there thing . I will say I was impressed by the service and detail and the dedication. Upon seeing all that was done there was a wow factor. Amazing. This is my first time getting professional cleaning done. She and her team are great. Everything was so neat and cleaned. I could not find any dust anywhere. They get every corner of the house. One of the bathrooms was pretty hard to clean cause of the tile shower. Anyone that has tile showers knows how hard it is to clean the grout and grime. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with Iris and her crew! I moved to a new house and needed my old home deep cleaned. She was prompt in responding to my request for a quote and made scheduling very easy. She and her amazing team were on time and very courteous. The sink in the master bath had broken and would not drain. She asked if I'd like to have one of her team fix it. I was quoted a reasonable price and agreed to have it fixed.
