We overlooked it as the owner would still come with them about every other time and things went well when she was there and the rate was good. However, the last time they were there they left the house and completely left our back door completely wide open and our cat got out. This was a huge oversight, and when I reached out to the owner about it she responded by saying that her husband said we would just leave our back door like that, so it was on us. Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward with using them regardless of how thorough she had been because when her husband was here he wasn't thorough and lost our cat (luckily we found her later that night), and he also didn't even respect us enough to own up to something he did or apologize, so we didn't feel comfortable having him in our home again.

They vacuumed and mopped carefully throughout, paying attention to details that many cleaners would easily miss. One area I was particularly concerned about was the basement carpet, which had gotten very dirty from contractors constantly walking on it during construction. They spent a lot of time trying to remove the stains and improve its condition. Erick was also very honest and upfront that he couldn't guarantee every stain would come out completely, which I really appreciate. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive considering they work from 8am to 4:30 pm. I spoke with several cleaning companies before making a decision, and they offered the most reasonable quote while still delivering excellent work. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommended!

Everything was done so nicely and the two lovely ladies who did the cleaning were so kind as well. The only thing that I did take off stars for was the wooden board that was placed at the top shelf by the building to block off the wiring/funnels etc bc this top shelf across was connected to the microwave hood which sits atop the stove. It definitely wasn't moved or broken before and I really should have throughly checked all cabinets but didn't discover it until my exit /checkout with one of the apartment managers there. Imagine my shock because this was not reported to me at all. When I reached out to the owner, Erick, he said that they assumed I knew about it and that's why they didn't say anything to me. And said that if they didn't anything they would have told me and him. This was NOT communicated to me after the cleaning and when I reached out to him over it, a picture of a stained drawer (I knew of this because the previous tenant had done this and used drawer liners to cover it), was sent to me saying that that was they discovered. But I knew of this lol. And this was NOT the picture of the broken/moved wooden slat. Generally would have appreciate an upfront apology and then maybe a %of my payment back as a generous gesture (I know, they p won't). But the honesty would have been the best. It put me in a bad spot bc the ladies were so lovely and I never want to give a small business a bad review. But the way this was handled after was ...not ideal to say the least. Overall: 7/10 recommend. If you choose them to clean your place, make sure to take photos BEFORE AND AFTER. Better yet, stay at your place while they clean.

The service I paid for included cleaning five bedrooms, but the two young ladies who showed up only wanted to clean four of them. I had to call the company back to get a refund for the one bedroom they refused to clean, which was a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. Given their glowing reviews, I expected much better. Unfortunately, their level of cleanliness and professionalism fell far short. I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them to others. If you're looking for thorough and reliable cleaning, look elsewhere.

Dulce was left to clean the rest later in the day and saw her before she left. She asked if everything was satisfactory. I asked how to pay them and said just pay online if you want and then left. That surprised me!! I could have been an awful customer and just not pay them but they trusted that I would and left. Of course, I paid them but who really does that now and days?!
