Continue on Digger Pine Drive until you get to a "Y" intersection downhill. 3. DO NOT turn on Dawn Rd (90 degree left turn) - that's where Apple wants you to turn, which is screwed up. My house is way further down on Digger Pine Drive... I warned Rob not to turn on Dawn!!! Then I saw him coming up at the "Y", me waiting at the gate and suddenly he turned around and went back where he came from. I tried to call him 4 times with no response, and finally called the office (Rachel) to contact him. 5 minutes later, finally. I got Rob's call telling me he was on Damn Rd?? WfF? I told him stop driving in circles and get to my place! His response? I don't like you talking to me like that and I'm leaving! Call someone else. Great isn't it? A guy that gets up late, mouthed off on me " I'll just stop by" (make me feeling like chopped liver), then doesn't listen to my instructions on how to get to my house. Art's been working on our water system for over 10yrs now. He's always punctual and responds…read morequickly to calls and texts. He makes every effort to get to us as quickly as possible and handles all our needs effortlessly. He's very hands on and knows our system inside and out. There's even been times where the problem hasn't been my water system but something else and he's called his resources and has stayed until they've arrived, filling them in on the problem. He's worked closely with his resources and us, making sure he understands the work being done so he can better service our system! When we needed to look into a new system, he made sure we knew he could keep serving our unit until it died basically but I asked him to get me quotes just to see. He was able to get us quotes for a bigger, better system well within our budget and had our new system up and running within a few days! I love the fact that Art listens to us, explains clearly and makes sure we know all our options and how everything works. We have his personal assurance he's on things and I've never doubted him once. He's respectful, hard working and guaranteed his work. Art does quality work for a fair price and has been able to service and fix everything until it meets his high standards. He might be a small company but a big company doesn't always mean better. I came to a problem with my water and he told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost and the options that I had. It has been years now, but I still think about this horrid situation when I go up to my rental in Oakhurst. I had to move my family to Fresno, being a single mom I had found an amazing employment opportunity. I needed someone whom I could trust with my soon-to-be rental house in Oakhurst. Diana Sosa was recommended, what a mistake. Diana Sosa is an extremely nice individual, but in terms of a property manager, sadly I cannot say she was the best. The renters we had, that she recommended completely stole from us. We had a beautiful angel statue in the frontal position of our house near our walkway, and a beautiful log bench seat in the backyard that was stolen by the renters when they moved out, not to mention while Diana watched. The renters were also given their entire deposit back which was completely an "inept thing to do" to me and extremely sad. I can remember my conversation with Diana over the phone when I went to view my property up in Oakhurst and saw those items gone. It was horrific that my angel statue was gone. This item was heavy and quite large, and so was the log bench in the backyard. Again I could not believe they were gone! In my conversation with Diana, she informed me that she could do nothing about my property being stolen because it was not noted in the paperwork she had, mind you, it was the first time I had ever rented my house out, and I had pictures and shared with her that those items were to stay on the property. Sadly in essence Diana basically said they could take my property if it was not LISTED ON HER LIST!!!!!. My goodness, what a horrible day that was for me, I still placed a police report against my renters that stole from me, but the Sheriffs replied to me, that it was the property manager that should have stopped it and didn't. That was a real bad day for me, it may seem like nothing but those items had sentimental value, custom made, and irreplaceable. My situation is not at all like it was then, after growing financially and having business knowledge I still think about that ordeal with Diana, basically it was a day of trauma and a nightmare for me where the reality of choosing the wrong property manager, came down to my own fault for signing on the dotted line and trusting her with my house. Still today after so many years, I often wonder how Diana could have allowed that to happen to hard-working people. Financially as my world has changed I have learned a lesson through this that I will take with me for a lifetime. I will make every effort and opportunity in my life, to tie up loose ends and work my hardest Not to Treat people the way I was treated on that awful day. It goes to show what tainted perspective can do.

I thought he was pleasant at first then I received an email with all block letters - which sounded like he's shouting at me. (4 of 5) 3) Jun 12th: Carpet layers, Sergio & Carlos are from Fresno: They are absolute professionals. It took them exactly one hour from start to finish, including unloading their tools - through to completion of carpet installation and vacuuming. We were very impressed with their work. Sergio and Carlos are related - uncle and nephew respectively. Carlos mentioned that they're a family-run business, and has been in operation for over 26-years. (5 of 5) Overall: I was not informed that there would be three entities working on this one project. Perhaps if I had been given the contact information of the numerous people, I could have contacted them directly and not go through Kim at Carpet One. Their mode of operation seems confusing to me. All-Pro was the first to call back the next morning and was able to come over for an estimate later that afternoon. I did receive a response from one who said he was booked up for 3 months. I also received a return call about 4 or 5 days later from another contractor, but I had already checked prices and moved on using All-Pro. They were able to schedule me the next week. Their appt. time was Thursday, and he said they would drop off the generator on Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and I received a call letting me know they were on their way with the generator if it was convenient. Then on Thursday at 0800 they arrived, went over the installation and made note of parts, and said the would return. About 10 minutes later the plumbers arrived (arranged by All-Pro) to re-pipe the propane lines. After 40 minutes or so All-Pro returned and the installation was completed and tested by 3:00pm that day. All said, it was the way contractors should be -- but frequently are not any more.
