I appreciated that they agreed to repaint them the next day, but unfortunately that experience was frustrating as well. The technician initially tried to repaint only one nail with a different polish that didn't match, and seemed annoyed when I pointed it out. There were also visible cotton fibers left in the polish after removal/repainting. Overall, the service felt rushed and the final result still didn't look great. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the time or the money I spent. I won't be back.

It has only been four days, and my gel polish is already peeling off in whole pieces. I don't do anything that would cause this-- I work from home and spend most of my time typing on a keyboard, so there's no reason for the gel to be lifting from the cuticle and peeling off completely after just a few days. This is not normal for a gel manicure, and it's frustrating to have wasted that much money on something that didn't even last a week. I had hopes for this salon as it was my first time and it was booked by my BF as a surprise spa day for me, but based on my experience, I can't say I'd return or recommend it. If I'm paying premium prices, I would expect premium results or at least a manicure to last a week at the minimum.
