Just here to piggyback off the rest of the reviews on how amazing Julie's services are. I recently moved to Seattle from LA and her business had the best reviews within driving distance. Julie is sweet, friendly, and really cares for your clothes-- and the work shows! I've gotten two pair of pants hemmed and you can't even tell they were altered. I also took in my boyfriend's full suit set a little less than a week before a wedding we were attending and she promised to turn it around just before our flights. She ended up completing it a whole day before, giving me plenty time to pick it up. I will continue to drive several miles away for her service and am so lucky to have found her business. read more

One of my favorite jacket had a stain on there that seem like it was impossible to remove but Julie said she would try her best to remove it but no promises. It still has a light stain she took most of it out but now it's not even noticeable at all, and of course would've been easier to just buy another one but unfortunately, I bought this jacket abroad. I've found the nicest lady on the face of the planet earth - she runs Julie's Cleaners. Seriously. She is unbelievably nice, and the customer service here is unbeatable. The prices are reasonable for dry cleaning, and I was impressed by the pricing on alterations I had done for a suit as well. Relatively quick turnaround, and when I needed a last-minute hem on a pair of trousers for a wedding, she was able to get it done in two days. New to the neighborhood, and in need of a reputable dry cleaner, I took to yelp and found Julie. Brought one of my husband's jackets there to be cleaned and was greeted by such a pleasant woman (Julie). Dropped off the jacket and came back to pick up a day after it was promised. Again, was greeted pleasantly (she even remembered my 4 year old daughter who I had in tow last time). She even remembered what I had dropped off. My boyfriend and I just got some jeans hemmed as well as some of his shirts and pants dry cleaned. All of our jeans came out great- nice length, even, neat stitching, color of stitches matched pants. My boyfriends clothes all came out nice and clean. We dropped our stuff off Saturday and were told it would be ready Wednesday after 4, but when my boyfriend called Wednesday morning to see if it was there already, it indeed was! Nice pleasant surprise. The prices do seem a bit high ($13 for hemming jeans, ~$6/item for the dry cleaning), although I called around a bit and they seem somewhat comparable to other places in Seattle. read more

I actually found this dry cleaners after hours of scouring yelp reviews and wow am I sure glad I found Julie's Cleaners.  I had gone out for dinner and drinks with friends and the table next to us had knocked a wax candle over... splattering molten wax onto my beloved olive green jacket.  I was in panic! I absolutely adored this jacket and was desperate to have it be like new again. I took it to Julie's Cleaners and Julie greeted me with the kindest smile. I explained to her what had happened to my jacket and she calmly began placing tape to make areas where the wax had spilled. She even discovered spots of wax I didn't even know about. She let me know that this would take a little more time to help ensure that it could be returned in good condition and reassured me that the wax would be taken care of. A week later I returned back to my jacket, clean and wax-free! Thank you so much for rescuing my jacket, your kind reassuring smile, and piece of chocolate to help lift the spirits!  My suits and tux I also brought in for dry cleaning came back in pristine condition! Gave Julie a very expensive long coat (+$1k) that was wrinkled and had some stains on it. Wasn't sure if she would be able to clean it w/o potentially damaging it but when I picked it up a week later it was cleaned well and good as new. She charged $26, would come back again. read more

It's my best dry cleaning experience!! It doesn't cost much (for college student that's great!) and the quality is so great! The lady cleaned out all of my soy sauce stains which is hard to come off! She is very nice and give me great service. When she found out I am going home by bus she offered to wrap another plastic cover on my jacket just in case it got dirty again. She is always smiley and gave me a mint chocolate! I couldn't find great words to praise her anymore! Definitely recommend!! read more

Julie did some complex and unusual alterations for me--lengthening blazer sleeves to the point where more lining material needed to be added and the buttons repositioned, and moving the cuffs around on dress shirts--both kind of finicky alterations that need close attention to fine detail.
