The floor is super tight as in no squeaking when I walk on it as it's a floating floor. They helped me to avoid repainting my walls by suggesting using 1/4 inch plywood to help raise floors so when he reinstalled baseboards they were high enough to avoid full paint. I just had to do some touch-up in a couple areas. Super happy with the job they did!
