The prices were astronomical that is the only reason I won't be back. I received a pedicure and manicure with gel polish not even acrylic nails. My toddler got a child's pedicure and her nails painted with gel polish. Her pedicure was $22 for them to put gel polish on a two year old cost $32. The total cost was $162 without tip! For me to get gel polish they charged me an extra $15 but my two year old $32 how does that even make sense?? Anywho beware they just make stuff up to up charge like crazy and won't tell you until you get to the register.

There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right. Instead, I was made to feel like I was the problem for expecting them to follow through on what they promised. The wax pots are visibly unclean, with wax buildup along the sides, and there appears to be a lack of proper hygiene protocols. I also witnessed clear cross-contamination during waxing services, which is not only unprofessional but a serious health risk. In addition, nail technicians do not have the proper qualifications nor education to perform hair removal yet they are the ones performing it. Beyond that, the work environment is very uncomfortable. Management comes across as unprofessional and dismissive toward employees. There is a clear pattern of favoritism, and it feels like only clients who bring in money are valued, while staff are treated as expendable. I personally experienced being spoken to in a disrespectful tone and often felt unwelcome due to constant negative attitudes and behavior. When employees bring up valid concerns--whether about sanitation or workplace treatment--they are not taken seriously. Instead, those concerns are often dismissed or turned back on the employee, making them feel as though they are the problem rather than addressing the issue itself. This creates a very discouraging and unhealthy work environment. Overall, between the sanitation issues and the way employees are treated, I cannot recommend this place.
