Needed to get into somewhere quick b/c Foxy Nails was packed. Stopped in. Honestly, saw tons of dead bugs as I entered, but pressed on - Really needed a fill. I liked the way Tina shaped my nails and she was a quick worker. However, she nicked the heck out of my cuticle. Still sore and moldy misshapen. I'd likely have given it more stars if not for bugs and the nick. Her work was pretty good.

I always love my nails when I leave here!! Every time I show them a picture of what I want they always get it almost exactly them same. Very normal prices too!! Would definitely recommend!

Nail glue sitting on my back of the nails

My fav nail salon is close on Monday. So I decided to go this nail salon for emergency. I did dip powder nail. Color and shapes are nice and I like it. But the nail glue all over the back of the nails. I have to take care those by my self. and price was $51. Kinda overpriced this quality.

Gel nails peeling and chipping within two days. Needs to be a bit more professional. Workers seemed to rush through painting the nails. Looked sloppy. Pix attached is day #4.

I wanted so bad to like this nail salon! I moved to the area about 3 months ago and just haven't had time to get my nails done. Meanwhile I spent time pouring over reviews trying to decide which place to try. After seeing the glowing reviews on Facebook, I decided to give this place a try. I even called ahead to make sure they had time to get me in. Normally, I rotate between the same colors, but after seeing pictures of the nail designs done here, I decided to try something out of the norm. BIG MISTAKE! I feel like I got one of the most half-hearted manicures I've ever had, especially for $35... Honestly, I feel bad giving such a negative review, because the guy was very nice. I tried to explain to him as he was working on them how he could adjust the design to be more like the photo (which came from their own Facebook page and from the background, I can tell it was done there). I showed him the picture multiple times. However, between the final product and all of the normal steps in a manicure that just weren't done (cuticle softener/remover before cuticle care, cuticle oil after finishing the polish, etc)...I just don't want anyone else to leave and feel as disappointed as I do.

I came in for Mother's Day I called in advance asked the price for me and toddler. She's 2. They told me $22 for pedicure and $8 to paint her nails. It was her first time getting her nails done I wanted it to be special since they have the child seats. It was really cute and the woman who did her nails was sooo sweet she even helped my daughter drink her water by holding the water bottle for her so she didn't spill it. The prices were astronomical that is the only reason I won't be back. I received a pedicure and manicure with gel polish not even acrylic nails. My toddler got a child's pedicure and her nails painted with gel polish. Her pedicure was $22 for them to put gel polish on a two year old cost $32. The total cost was $162 without tip! For me to get gel polish they charged me an extra $15 but my two year old $32 how does that even make sense?? Anywho beware they just make stuff up to up charge like crazy and won't tell you until you get to the register.

I get almond shape, and most people struggle to get it right but Brian knew exactly what he was doing! He took his time making sure the shape, length, and colors were right! I showed him a reference photo and he perfected it and more! Giving me flowers as well! I wanted summer sunset beach vibes and as you can see that is what I got!! Could not be happier! The salon its self was welcoming! Very clean and everyone was so nice! I will definitely be going back!

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars because my experience at Diamond Nails was…read morebeyond unacceptable. I paid $75 expecting professional service, and instead I walked out with nails that looked rushed, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. The quality was terrible -- sloppy shaping, uneven polish, and just overall careless work. It felt like there was no attention to detail whatsoever. What makes this even worse is how they handled the situation afterward. I was told to come back in a week for a color change and that they would take care of it. When I returned, instead of honoring what they said, they tried to charge me AGAIN. That is completely dishonest and unprofessional. If you mess up someone's nails that badly, the least you can do is fix it without trying to squeeze more money out of them. The customer service here is just as bad as the work itself. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right. Instead, I was made to feel like I was the problem for expecting them to follow through on what they promised. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are way better salons out there that actually care about their clients and stand behind their work. This place clearly does not.

I would not recommend this salon based on both sanitation concerns and how staff are treated…read more First, the sanitation practices--especially with waxing--are extremely concerning. The wax pots are visibly unclean, with wax buildup along the sides, and there appears to be a lack of proper hygiene protocols. I also witnessed clear cross-contamination during waxing services, which is not only unprofessional but a serious health risk. In addition, nail technicians do not have the proper qualifications nor education to perform hair removal yet they are the ones performing it. Beyond that, the work environment is very uncomfortable. Management comes across as unprofessional and dismissive toward employees. There is a clear pattern of favoritism, and it feels like only clients who bring in money are valued, while staff are treated as expendable. I personally experienced being spoken to in a disrespectful tone and often felt unwelcome due to constant negative attitudes and behavior. When employees bring up valid concerns--whether about sanitation or workplace treatment--they are not taken seriously. Instead, those concerns are often dismissed or turned back on the employee, making them feel as though they are the problem rather than addressing the issue itself. This creates a very discouraging and unhealthy work environment. Overall, between the sanitation issues and the way employees are treated, I cannot recommend this place. I hope improvements are made, because both clients and workers deserve a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
