The driver refused to acknowledge my presence--not even turning his head in my direction when I approached or tried to speak to him--and certainly didn't reply to me once. After telling him to drop the dumpster where he was, he paused for about 45 seconds then decided it was better to back it all the way to the house, probably assuming it was for the contractors replacing the roof (it wasn't for them) and that he knew better where to put it. It was all flat lawn, so there was no reason one spot was better than another for him. I would give 4 of 5 stars for Jessica, 2 of 5 for the driver, averaging the three stars I am leaving.
