Buying a second property in 2025 LA proved to be incredibly challenging. Then we struggled to obtain insurance coverage that would meet the demands of our larger legacy bank and after six weeks ultimately couldn't meet the bank's insurance requirements (partially because this second property is over 100 years old). We closed on this new property this week and he's already starting connecting us with companies to help us begin the renovations needed to make this house fresh and habitable again.
