By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer!
