I have been to this facility often and if the children could write reviews they all would post five star reviews. The only one challenge that this business probably faces is children's germs. When you have one party after the other you wonder how they maintain consistent cleanliness in this facility. I did notice one hand sanitizer just before you exit. Unfortunately it's the children that are in contact with germs mostly. I would be interested to understand what these children fun house businesses do for consistent cleansings of their facility.

Some inflatables are not blown up during he toddler time event , which is understandable but it makes it look so empty and takes up space where the children can run because obviously they're not allowed to be on top of the deflated bounce houses. They do have staff at every "bounce house" standing by to make sure the kids are safe which is great because usually when you have high school kids running the show it's all about talking amongst each other and checking Instagram. That is not the case here. The girls were attentive of the children and not once did I see anyone on their phones. I understand a kids place is bound to get dirty and old but I think it's about time for an update! Their toddler open play is also only on Fridays and some Fridays they even cancel it for summer camps. So that's a stinker. Nick and his team came once the wind settled and set up tents, tables, chairs and heaters - and by the next morning, we were all set for our party. The booking process and set up was flawless. Tent, tables, chairs and linens were all clean. The day of we realized we forgot to add chairs to our package and within minutes, Nick was there with chairs! Truly reliable and dependable company. I really didn't know what to expect being that it was my first time doing a party in this way. A heavy duty pick up truck rolled around the corner with a huge camper looking thing hitched to it, all decked out looking like it's own party on wheels. Kids were so excited to see it and they quickly parked in front of my house, opened up the doors and let the games begin! An extra long comfortable leather bench was on one side to accommodate 24 kids at a time and crazy amounts of screens on the other. Then there were 2 large monitors on the outside panel of the truck set up as well for even more gaming. All the parents who were present didn't know what to do with all the idle time they had as the kids were inside gaming. 3 staffers came with the truck, 2 continuously monitoring the equipment, supervising the kids and making sure it all stayed sanitized and clean. While the other took care of cotton candy making and helping me hand out gift bags with it. They were all so professional, efficient and most of all KIND especially handling a bunch of 7 year old boys and girls! Renting this truck was actually more cost effective than actually going to a bounce house or a laser tag spot or bowling. He answered all of my (some ridiculous) questions, when I had ideas to add on to the experience he jumped in to make it even better, he always got back to me in a timely matter and the price was EXCELLENT. On the day of our party the truck showed up about 15 minutes before start time to set up. They had everything they needed and they were set. The kids were blown away by the truck they thought it was so cool. But even the best gaming truck would be worthless without AMAZING hosts operating it. Shanel and Ernesto were phenomenal. They were fun, engaging knowledgeable and kind. They handled the 20 plus children in the truck seamlessly without having to even ask any parents to step in. When Shanel heard my son does boxing she even engaged in some drills with him so he could show off his skills to his friends. Hands down those two attendants took an already great concept/truck/party and took it over the top. So much so that my neighbor booked and requested them specifically for her upcoming party. Super grateful for you both and also, if you ever want some side babysitting jobs call us!
