Thank you Jump and Jam so much for providing so much bouncing fun to all the kids at my son's first birthday! Jump and Jam was very easy to work with. They called the day before to give me a window time and came exactly when told. The kids had a blast in the bounce house and the bounce house fit the theme of the party. We loved that they offered toddler bounds houses which allowed kids of all ages 1-10 to have fun in the bounce house. Although the kids did no notice or care, the bounce house came to us a bit dirty with leaves and such. However, I would be sure to order an other bounce house with Jump and Jam. Awesome service! Courteous and friendly staff! I rented a tent package that came with a 15x15 ft white tent, 7 tables and 40 chairs as well as a cotton candy machine and a 15x15 ft bounce castle. We were having a party on Sunday and everything was delivered and set up early afternoon on Saturday! They came and set up everything and showed us how to use the bouncer and cotton candy machine. The party was great and they came Monday afternoon to pick everything up. We didnt have to do a thing! And it was really nice to have the bouncer the extra time, my kids used it the whole weekend! read more

What a difference time makes. We had a horrific experience several years ago, but this time was markedly better. The staff was helpful, patient and courteous. The installer showed up on time (even called to let me know he was on the way), was knowledgeable and made sure everything worked (even shut the fans off and turned them back on to make sure that there wouldn't be a surge that would trip a breaker). We have rented from Jump And Jam Long Island for about 3 or 4 years now. The service has always been very good and we use them every year. The first time I called them for my sons birthday at our house and we ordered the Justice League bounce house with the slide inside. The bounce house looked brand new and was bigger than I had thought from the pictures. The kids loved the bouncer and they had a great time. It kept the kids busy so us adults could enjoy the party. Last year we decided to have a block party on our block for the first time I have lived there. I got stuck making all the arrangements so we ended up using Jump And Jam for that as well. I had no idea what to get so I called them, I think I spoke with Kim and she was able to recommend what to get. I told her our budget and we were able to get a few different items. We had one of the packages on the site, it was a 2 lane water slide, bounce house and dunk tank with 2 attendant and a snow cone machine. The total came out to right under $1000 and which was cheaper than some of the other companies we spoke to. The week of the party we confirmed the final arrangement and decided to have the party from 1 to 6. The guys ended up arriving around 11am to setup. The first bouncer was up and running by 11:30 and the kids were able to use it right away. They finished setting up everything right around 12:00 and we ended up with over an hour of time we didn't pay for. The slide was great too, it was setup in front of our house and my husband was on it more than some of the kids. I highly recommend Jump and Jam, I have been over some of my friends houses and have seen other bounce houses from other companies that were either old and smelly or just dirty inside, I have never had that problem with Jump and Jam and we will continue to use them for a long time. read more

Do NOT do business with these people. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I contacted them about a month before my nephew's 7th birthday party to arrange for an obstacle course that they advertised on their website. They said on their website that they had it. I was VERY specific that we wanted that particular obstacle course. We even signed a contract for that particular obstacle course (because it was exactly the theme of my nephew's party) and gave them a credit card payment. I called numerous times to set up delivery, and they kept telling me they were finalizing the delivery schedule. IT TURNS OUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE OBSTACLE COURSE AND DID NOT TELL ME UNTIL TWO DAYS BEFORE THE PARTY WHEN I CALLED AND DEMANDED INFORMATION!!!!!!!!! They did not volunteer the information; I had to ask and ask and ask and finally was told that they didn't have it. Fortunately, I had printed out a photo of their webpage with the obstacle course I wanted, because THEY TOOK THE PICTURE DOWN ONCE THEY WERE CAUGHT. I had to scramble to find an obstacle course that was similar, and cost me TWICE AS MUCH. When I confronted the owner, he said to me "Hey, don't you understand? Things happen." Don't use them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I repeat .... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! I rented a bouncy house and a inflatable slide for my nephews 2nd birthday party. They came to my house the day of at 7:30am and I realized it was going to rain. Now they have a policy that if you cancel before 8am you are not charged. I called the office at 7:45 am and spoke to an associate named Emily. She assured me that if it does happen to rain then I would receive a rain refund. The two men who came to set up my order also heard her say that. I let them set up the inflatable house & slide and the minute they left it began to rain for the entire day. I called the office again that day and spoke with Emily who again assured me I would get a rain refund. She told me to call the office on Monday and ask for the owner. I call the office Monday morning and spoke with a NASTY associate named Kim. I calmly explain my situation to her and she begins to say "That's a lie we don't do rain refunds." When I asked to speak to the owner she said he would call me back but I am wasting my time trying to reach him because the refund won't happen. I called the office back everyday for three days and my call was ignored. On the fourth day The owner finally called me back and told me that his associate is part time and that she told me a lie. He then told me that my story sounds shady and thinks I'm making it up. When I told him to ask the two workers that set up my order in the backyard, and to ask Emily, he began to make up excuses and claimed they were all new. At the end of the day this was a mistake made on HIS associates behalf so I shouldn't be penalized for her mistake. He then told me he would investigate the issue and give me a call back. IT has been three weeks and my calls have yet to be returned. Do yourself a favor and rent your inflatables elsewhere. They are unprofessional and don't have their shit together over there. read more
