We had to originally delay our party by a month and they worked with us to reschedule our tent rental. The tent was delivered and setup 48 hours prior to the event which gave us plenty of time to setup the party. We were informed that the tent we had originally ordered was returned dirty so we were upgraded to a larger tent at no cost.
