If I could give 0 starts I would. Lilly is very unprofessional. We booked a jumper for the next day and followed all her instructions even paid upfront through Zelle and the service was never provided and when we called to ask for the jumper, she made up additional instructions that "we didn't follow" and were told that it was too late and now she doesn't want to refund the money. It didn't only scammed us, but our kids were really bummed and disappointed. **Update*** This is not a fake account, and yes miss Linda and I requested the jumper for our kids. The bad review is legit and I'm adding a picture of the payment that you claim never to have never received. It is true that I didn't directly deal with Lilly however as I said, Linda and I were doing the business with you though Linda's phone.

Called Jumperland Rental last minute to rent a canopy, unfortunately they were already booked and no availability for that same day. For some businesses, that would be the end of the conversation. Well...Lilly went above and beyond by recommending me to call another company to check and she shared that the other company might have it available for that day! OMG! Wonderful company! We used Jumperland Rentals to rent round tables, chairs, and linen for our backyard baby shower this past weekend. Lilly made the process so easy from start to finish. Communication was via text which made it super convenient! The only thing Jumperland Rentals could benefit from would be to have inventory pictures on their website so customers can browse instead of Lilly sending individual pictures - it would be less work for her! Regardless, Lilly was very informative and forthcoming about prices. Since their 20x40 canopy was already booked for another party she went out of her way to coordinate a 3rd party rental. Delivery and pickup was a breeze and I really loved how they gave two days prior to the event to allow time for set up and breakdown :) I will definitely use Jumperland Rentals again for our future backyard events! read more

Horrible experience and communication with these people jumper only worked for an hour due to the generator having issues and took over 3 hours to come and fix the issue by that time the party was pretty much over and worst thing about this is they ask for money upfront they did not want to refund at least half the amount!!! Ridiculous overpriced and worst experience ruined my nephews birthday party. Never again! read more

Had such a great experience with Jumperland Rentals my sister gave me a flyer she received from her job and last minute we were throwing a baby shower and they were able to get me the chairs I needed for the party. Jumperland Rentals came through for us at literally last minute. I had a jumper and tent reserved for 3 months from another business. I got a message via Facebook around 9am from them the day of my sons birthday party that they were having truck problems and wouldn't be able to deliver. I absolutely freaked out as the jumper is the main source of entertainment for a bunch of 3, 4, and 5 year olds. I called Lilly and they had just the right size and themed jumper for my sons party and had it delivered and set up within 45 minutes of speaking with her. They even took the time to go inside and clean every inch of the jumper prior to leaving. They definitely saved my day and my baby's birthday party from being a snooze fest!!!
