EVERYONE READ TILL THE END . I wish I could give MINUS 100…read morestars. This place was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The manager, Lizzy, was hysterical and extremely disappointing. She showed poor professionalism, a lack of leadership, and, worst of all, she was screaming at and harassing children. Here's what happened: I went to Junior Playland, and they told me I had to pay an extra $. I said okay, paid with my credit card, and we went inside. After my kids started playing, Lizzy came up to my child and started screaming at him like a hysterical person. I stayed quiet at first because the kids were there, and they became scared of her. I then went to the front desk and asked her to provide her name. I told her, "Please, do not scream at children again." as I had also seen her yelling at other kids. At that point, she started screaming loudly at me in front of everyone. I told her I was not going to continue arguing because my kids were there, and I did not want them exposed to that behavior. I walked away from the desk, and she told me to leave immediately or she would call the police. I chose to stay because I wanted to wait for the police. While waiting, my daughter wanted to use the climbing wall, but another employee told me, "Your daughter cannot go there because we don't like you." My daughter started crying , and she was so upset and didn't stop crying for a long time. She was scared and afraid from them. When the police arrived, the manager Lizzy never told them that she had been screaming at my children and other children.By the way, they even lied to the police and claimed they refunded me, but I never received any refund from them. So not only was my money taken for the tickets I bought for my three kids, but my children were also left traumatized after being harassed and screamed at in front of everyone. I left the facility and filed a report regarding the screaming and harassment of kids. Please do yourself a favor: if you love your children, do not go there. I saw too many disturbing things happening at this facility. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. This was my last time coming here. The Worst decision ever was coming here . P.S. After reading the owner's replies to the negative Google reviews for Junior Playland, I understand everything now. Just read their responses to unhappy customers and you'll see a troubling pattern. They repeatedly mention calling the police on customers who simply raised concerns after spending money there. If you speak up, even to ask them not to harass or scream at kids, they may treat you like the problem instead of addressing the issue professionally.

I'm not from around here and I'd never heard of BounceU before, so I had no idea what to expect…read more But then my kid was invited to two birthday parties on the same day at this location...we put on the GPS and headed off for an adventure! This BounceU is in an unassuming building in a sort of industrial park. But there is magic inside. The facility was very well organized and clean. There were plenty of staff at each station, from the front check in to the play rooms to the party rooms. The rooms are a lot less chaotic than similar party places that I've been to. Each bounce room only had one party at a time. There was only one main door in and out. This gave me peace of mind that my kid wouldn't be able to wander off or get lost following a different party. After a long play period, the party ends with pizza and cake (parent provided?) in a private room. They play photos of the party on a TV screen and sing happy birthday. There are also little goodie bags with knick knacks. It seemed like all the kids had a great time and left happy.

If you're understaffed wouldn't it make more sense to cycle the zipline crew to the closed ones so the paying customers can get what they paid for and go on everything? Everyone just seemed clueless about things being closed. That being said, the open stuff was fun.

Repeatedly, I said loudly to my son " hey come play over here " "hey stay away from those girls " "their being mean they don't want to play get away from them" loud enough so that it would catch the attention of the parents!! NOTHING eyes glued to their phones or in deep conversations with eachother. As if this was a daycare! My son would try to play with them and they'd get " no get away from us " "go away" "go away we don't want to play with you" "stop get out" even to the point where the one little girl grabbed my son's hands and pushed his hands off of toys! I told her to keep her hands to herself! This same little girl grabbed one of the soft play squares and pushed my two-year-old daughter down the step of the ball pit!!! I hope there's cameras so the owners can see this!! Even after all of this my son would not stop trying to play with them! The last time he went up to play with them I heard them both saying to my son get away, we don't want you here. We don't wanna play with you! I took it upon myself to go up to the parents.! The women say to the little girls "let him play with you" then they walk away and sit back down! Still not watching your children absolutely insane!!!!!!! after a woman comes up to you telling you that your children are being mean you would think that you would keep an eye on them, right??? At that point, I knew that we had to leave I could not sit there and continue to let these little girls pick on my son because that's exactly what was going to happen because the parents were not watching them whatsoever ! I understand they don't have to play with my son. That's completely fine but being mean is totally a different story. As a parent, this is extremely heartbreaking. DO BETTER WATCH YOUR CHILDREN ! Each area of this particular park is so carefully attended to... the picnic tables, pavilions, play structures (oops, there I go again). And the bathrooms are so clean! A sure sign of high performance parks n' rec. It's never overcrowded which is great. And we parents with kids are all civil and nice... it's like we all watch Daniel Tiger together or something. Haven't been to any concerts or big events. Big downside for me is that the running trail is only 9/10 of a mile which leaves a dunce like me who failed the fractions test in grade school completely clueless as to how many whole miles I've run. This park is located off…read moreof Bishop Hollow Rd, and at the corner of Bishop Hollow and Ellis Ave. Features include: Baseball / Softball Diamonds Basketball Court Dog Park Lacrosse Facilities Playground Soccer Field Synthetic Turf Field Walking Trail Playground This park comprises all the land surrounding the township building / police dept / library. The ball fields and fieldhouse have separate entrances up the hill from the administration offices. The dog park is across Ellis Ave, along Ellis Ave. The female ball fields are across Bishop Hollow, on the side opposite all of the rest of the park. Soccer fields are behind the library off of Ellis Ave. Playground is hard to find; it is in way back corner behind soccer field. There are these weird "paths" back there, like someone had extra asphalt and dumped it out as far as they could go to make a halfazz sidewalk. It's more of a liability than an asset. Don't let your kids walk there because they'll trip. (Luckily, I did not learn the hard way.) Playground is a little worn, but served its purpose. Playstructure with 3 slides, "rope bridge" which was really made of metal, corkscrew fireman pole, bouncy rides, dino figure to climb on, and swings. The walking path extends from Bishop Hollow Rd (in dog park across from Library), down Ellis Ave, across Ellis past the soccer field, up past playground, and back behind ball fields, to wrap around between them to ball field parking lot. Basketball courts are right next to Library, and are SUPER POPULAR in the summer, so get there early if you wanna turn.
