Gonna tell the truth! Our first 2 experiences with aaa reasonable were positive, they were able to unclog my toilet from roots. Daniel was cool but his partner had an attitude and reeked. The next time they came was a bad experience with them on the leak. They completed the authorized work for the roots in the drain but they brought in another technician to scope the drains and told us we had a leak in the pipes that needed to be repaired immediately. They started work and told us the leak was behind the wall in the 2nd bathroom. They scoped again and the leak moved to behind the bathtub. they opened up the wall and started jackhammering the cement floor. I was taken into the 2nd bathroom and shown where the leak was and it wasn't anywhere near the original spot, they supposedly said it was. They worked for 5 days at our home, they took super long breaks, they worked until 9pm, they didn't have the supplies and took hours to come back from Home Depot. They came back with ugly tile, this fiasco cost us $5800 total. We do not recommend this company for plumbing services! read more

The work was not done in one day, but they were always punctual. If there was a delay they informed us right away. George was our plumber. He was great - he answered all our questions and showed us his progress every step of the way putting us at ease. When there's big ticket jobs there's a lot of anxiety attached to it. Asked to put in a soft water system we bought at a hardware store. They install it but put the drain hose back into the machine. So it ends up overflowing. We end up calling them back and they insist its something we did so they put in piping to a drain. They charge us 350 after 2400 for originally installing machine. Now we noticed the hose is pinched in two places. We think it's not going to work and drain properly. Will update with whether it drains or not. read more

George came out to my house. He acted like he knew what he was doing but he didn't know shit it took him five days to do the job. It was a broken waterline. He was trying to find it. He had some Mexican guy with him doing all the work George kept leaving the job to go get parts, they left a big hole in my driveway. I felt bad for the guy that worked with him and George came back and tried to fix the hole and didn't fix shit made it even worse than it was. He is not a plumber he doesn't know what he's doing. BEWARE!!! THEY ARE UNLICENSED !!!This company takes advantage of the elderly. They replaced a water heater in my mother's home and did not install the new one properly or up to code. This caused the water heater to be wobbly and a great chance of carbon monoxide poisoning. We had to obtain a certified plumber to fix issues and when asked to be reimbursed by AAA, we were told no. I have pictures and videos of their shoddy work. When contacting the State of California Contractors Board, we discovered they are working under a cancelled license which was cancelled due to the death of the assigned contractor. When confronted, Stephanie stated they were still working on getting the license transferred which is a lie, since a contractor license cannot be transferred to another individual. We have filed a complaint with the state as well as with the court system to be reimbursed. BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES!! read more

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! I had an appointment scheduled for over a week at 8:00 am. At 8:15 on the scheduled date I called the office to confirm my appointment and was told she would call me back. She called me back at 8:30 to let me know they needed to reschedule my appointment and didn't seem to care that I had taken off work for the appointment. Mike and his help and crew did a good job. I like the fix he did on our water heater. It had a Nox censor that was giving us problems. He by passed the sensor to get the water heater working. He has done a few jobs over the last several months just as well. I am an on-site manager for a 28 unit apartment complex. The company charged me $425 for water pressure regulator replacement without fixing the problem. I received email from my tenant today stating the other plumber informed her that the water pressure regulator replaced by AAA reasonable Plumbing was for landscape not for the house. We hired this company to give us an estimate for unclogging kitchen and toilet. The cost was $160.00. Too much, but we were desperate. We got the bid over the phone, we were told there was a 30 day guarantee in the service. And that is why I went with the cost. About 2 days later the toilet was plugged again. We called to take advantage of the 30 day guarantee...and "surprise"....No, there was no such thing. Plumber was suppose to go over next day at 10AM... he changed hour. "Reasonable Plumbing" provided a "Rooter" service on 6/27/14 and charged what I thought was a very high rate , in less than two weeks the line is backing up again upon calling them they said "No Warranty" & started to give me the run around and try to sell up to a major service refusing to come back and rerun their "Rooting Snake" , had to call someone else. Absolutely, deplorable customer service. I called for a bid to replace the gas control valve on my GE water heater. Isaac, pulled into my driveway in an old red Dodge pickup. I asked him to park outside the fence-line because I keep the driveway open for medical purposes. Interestingly, he had no front bumper, I simply mentioned that vehicles in CA, need one (Article 11.5 of the DMV Code). He was convinced he was within the law - fine, just let it go. However, when he looked at my valve he goes into this long tirade that I'm far "better off buying a whole new water heater - $1300. He had no desire to even to begin to give me a quote for the valve. He keep mentioning that "the heaters always go out after a new valve has been installed." Of course, I had already called the Supply House and they mentioned that they "sell that valve all day long - no problems. Intense pressure to upgrade - genuinely repulsive. read more

I have used Reasonable on 2 other occasions. The first time went well, the second time they were 3 hours late. I understand that things happen on other jobs. I called again and was promised that they would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 am. I stayed home from work and called again at 7:45 am to make sure they would be there by 8:00 am as I needed to get to work. I was reassured again. A few minutes later the plumber called and said he might make it by 9:00 am. I needed to get to work so I cancelled the appointment. Reasonable plumbing did a job for me while I was on vacation.My wife hired them to fix a broken inch and a half main water line that was six inches in the ground. Two people took 18 hours to repair the line. The repair bill was over 1800.00 dollars.. He also replaced two sprinkler valves that were operating properly .He her also adde a sprinkler shut off valve of witch I already had one that was working properly When I met the owner a week later at the property because it leaked again he fixed it but next day another leak in the same line 6 inches away.I asked him to explain the 1800.00 bill and he walked off without saying anything.I fixed it myself in less than 30 min two weeks ago and not a problem since. They need to re name this co. Un reasonable plumbing. I have photos and receipts if needed.I also had another plumbing co fix a same problem two years ago except it was under concrete much bigger job and the cost was under 900.00.
